I have been with Anderson Vet Clinic for many years. They took excellent care of my Lab Sophie when she developed cancer of her leg. Dr. Korn was our vet then but now Dr. Emily is there and she is very compassionate, understanding and a wealth of veterinarian knowledge. Dr. Emily removed a small cyst from my Labs eye tear duct area and now, only two days later the swelling has gone down and the area is almost unnoticeable. The surgery Dr. Emily is beyond belief. She is a true asset to her field and a true caring person. Anderson Vet Clinic is not cheap, but when it comes to taking care of my furry friends, you get excellent care at Anderson Vet Clinic. I have used Anderson Veterinary Clinic for the last few years for so many of my pets & I couldn't be more thankful for the kindness and care they showed my fur babies. The vets are all so knowledgeable & kind, and really will take the time to answer any questions you may have. The vet techs are absolutely amazing- each of them are so sweet and caring but Wendy & Jennifer specifically have made my experience with Anderson Vet so awesome I really felt they cared about my animals as if they were their own. Even though we no longer live in the area, I recommend them to all my Redding/Anderson friends!

I am from SoCal but My pup got a fox tail removed here while we were in town for a month. Let's just say, If I lived in Anderson, this would definitely be my primary Vet. Everyone was so nice and caring, organized and very helpful. Any questions I had I would call and they would gladly assist. The vet was so gentle and loving to my pup. I love this place and wish I could bring my pup here for regularly check ups.

Over priced from the time you walk in to the over hour waiting then put in another room to wait some more. Your being charged. Then the diagnosis way off . Get a second opinion. I did saved half of their diagnosis wrong no cancer. Did get teeth pulled . Happy I chose a different veterinarian and got the best results for my fur baby. Second opinion will save you money!!!

I wrote am review on 9/14/23. Spoke w/Saram the manager. today on 9/25/23. My fault I waited so long to complain. When Cally passed away I just had a lot on my plate. I only gave 1 star on the review. They did take care of Cally but It was a mistake on The Dr.'s part of another %40.00 charge. That vet Joe Corn is no longer there. Sara was kind today and let me know next time do not hesitate to bring it to their attention. I do not have any animals, but I did take my neighbor and her dog Roxie their today. I will use them if I ever get another pup. My neighbor was happy w/her visit. I would like to remove my neg. review but do not know how. After 4 yr.'s it was unnecessary to leave my review, but I did. My apologies. Thanks for your kindness Sara.

They have a genuine, heartfelt connection with the pets AND their pets' owners. The environment is peaceful and pleasant. Personally, I think their prices are a little too low. But I can compensate their efforts with tips. Their services were missed during covid, and I understand that. But Smoke and I are thrilled that they are back! If Smoke's pants got any longer. I thought I'd have to braid 'em.

The Vet and Staff are amazing here. Found a malnourished dog the night before and went in to scan it to see if a microchip was there. Sadly not. The staff filled a triage form to get the stray seen. Called me in less than 1 hour with a urgent care appointment. I appreciate this facility and the staff here. Thank you!

Took my dog there for swelling abdomen and difficulty breathing. Vet Townsell checked him and said his heart sounds fine , no murmur. also said she could not tell if he was retaining fluid or was " just fat" she wanted to do chest x-ray and heartworm test, quote was 775$ I declined , she was rude and did not seem very knowledgeable. I took him to another vet and he was diagnosed with CHF and stage 4 heart murmur. he is now getting the proper meds. I would not recommend this vet clinic.

This is not a negative review. The irony is that I am sure these veterinarians are committed to their patients and are good at what they do. This is simply the explanation given to help me understand why there were so many delays in my dog's treatment. The receptionist told me today that this clinic is so overwhelmed treating many animals with serious conditions that they cannot properly provide timely or proper care for all of them. As a result they have to pick and choose which ones to save and which to put on the back burner. If you are unfortunate to be given low priority then, no matter how many times you call or leave messages, and no matter how serious the medical condition you may or may not receive timely help. This is what the receptionist explained to me when I expressed my dismay at the delays in treatment.

One of the most wonderful establishments for your pet. We had to put our baby down and they not only sent us a card after but through the entire process we felt supported and cared for. We've returned with our other pets and have experienced the same love and support. We appreciate you!

I recently took my dog to Anderson Veterinary Clinic after years at another vet which has lost credibility. I was extremely pleased with the quality of service at Anderson Vet. The office was clean and well organized. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Townsell was very impressive. At least half a dozen of my neighbors are going from Redding to Anderson because we all believe in the quality of care this clinic provides for our pets. I believe you won't find better care anywhere else.
