Shawn was great. After 2.5 hours of dealing with our insurance not making a ticket finally got a claim started. Then Shawn the life saver came to the Costco parking lots and lowered the spare, then replaced the flat. He was beyond professional. He made a horrible day with all my groceries a quick as possible. I can’t thank him enough. Thank you again Shawn!

Where do I start? Professional. Courteous. Timely and Clean. I’m thoroughly impressed in how immaculate their vehicles are as well as how courteous, professional, and timely their employee ares. I am all about supporting local and family owned businesses. I would highly recommend them for any tow or road side assistance needs.

Highly Recommend!! 5 Stars ?????It's a toss up ???...Which I can say who's better (BEST!!) at All Car & Truck Towing Anderson-Either the Owner who works his butt off answering tow calls 24/7 PLUS I'd bet money he could even do heavy duty tows in his sleep.?--OR--The kindest, very professional, and efficient Office Lady who listens intently and is very understanding. She can give you an update on your vehicle by email all you have to do is call up and ask! She knows everything that's going on and you can trust her at her word. No matter what ?For me, it wasn't a horrible day to begin with but by the afternoon it went downhill fast. Was on the fence on who to call, and glad it was this company who completed our tow. We have a 1994 Pacewood Arrow RV with a GMC motor upgrade, and has been babied as it sits in storage mainly for most of it's life. It was a harrowing experience when it looked like we had to put her (our RV) in someone's else's hands! You're minds on overdrive, you think of worse case scenarios, you panic on what's the cost gonna be when all is said and done.Don't fret though! Call All Car & Truck Towing, and if you call during normal office hours you're going to speak with the Office Lady who will take your information and be helpful with an ETA of the Driver. The Driver is where the magic begins, he had our driveline shaft pulled in record time, and was rearing to go back to the tow yard on Highway 273 in Anderson (We had to coordinate with another local company on an entire different situation who drug their feet). Between the 2 of them we had a wonderful experience and could have easily turned horrible if not for them!Highly Recommend!! 5 Stars ?????Services: Special vehicle towing

Shawn came and picked us up, 2.5hr after we blew our brakes on our 27ft RV while pulling a trailer, he made a terrible day so much better by his knowledge , compassion and kindness, we had great conversation the entire day and even with multiple things going wrong, he always stayed positive. All trucks pricing was also the best compared to all others, this is a great honest family company, call them if your in any sort of bad way needing a tow because he really can tow anything!!Service: Special vehicle towing

This company was recommended by our mechanic at Anderson Automotive as we needed our non running car towed there for repair. The gal who answered the phone was very professional and pleasant and they were able to send a driver out within our time window. Driver was professional and courteous and quickly got the car out of the garage, hooked and towed in no time and got it to the shop before they closed! Best towing experience we've had! Highly recommend this company
