The Yorba Linda Pharmacy in Anaheim is amazing. I had a problem with a medication given at a senior living complex. The order needed to be changed to an evening medication. I called Yorba Linda and got Mai Luc on the phone. She was fantastic! She called the doctors office, the senior living facility daily while keeping me informed also. Everything was solved quickly due to all the hard work and calls she made. It was a pleasure doing business with Mai and I will keep doing business with Yorba Linda Pharmacy in the future!

Reliable and accurate pharmacy used for a family member's nursing home meds. Never had a problem. Very easy to reach a friendly employee whenever you need one, but you won't need to call very often, this pharmacy knows it's business and does a good job.

I work at a senior care community who is contracted with Yorba Linda Pharmacy, and let me tell you this is the best and most personable LTC pharmacy I have ever worked with! We have used a couple of different pharmacies over the years, and our residents agree with us that this is the best one out there!

Amazing service for Long term care. Bob, the owner, will go above and beyond to make sure assisted living facilities are up to code and their technology up to par. Billing department is on top of all insurance issues and they always have 2-3 pharmacist on staff for any questions from patients.

Love the customer service. They are so nice and understanding. My Grandma used them for a while. I loved how specific the bubble packs are per day, am/noon/pm. Also, I called to ask a billing question and Hasinda always got back to me or even the owner Bob who went out of his way to make sure my Grandma got her meds when I accidentally forgot to call on time for refills. Also, I didn't understand how the insurance part of billing was on my statement and Hasinda broke it down for me and made all the calls to make sure my Grandma had everything she needed. It was so fast and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Thank you!

I work at a senior care home contracted with Yorba Linda Pharmacy, and let me tell you this is the best and most personable LTC pharmacy around! We have switched pharmacies 3 times before we went with YLP and our patients agree this is the best one out of all of them. The owner Bob is very hands-on and will always work with you to make sure your patients are well-cared for. They deliver every day at no additional cost and they are very knowledgeable in Quickmar. Always helps me when I get stuck lol Definitely would recommend!

We've been using these guys for years and they really do care. Bob the owner is very hands on and their customer service is amazing. Never had issues with an order or payment. If you're looking for a reliable delivery pharmacy, look no further.

I use this pharmacy for a family member, and they do a pretty good job, but, the sole reason why I'm giving it two-stars is because for over a year, their online account site is broken. When I login, it refuses payments. It doesn't track my account history, even though you can tell it was designed to do so. When I've complained over the phone, they always apologize and tell me someone is working on it- for over a year? I don't like writing checks or paying over the phone, so this is really inconvenient. Otherwise, I recommend them.

My husband was in an assisted living facility..so Y.L. Pharmacy was contracted with them. I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy's billing. During my time of grief I have spent way too much effort trying to straighten this out with emails and phone calls. I did send a check for an agreed amount and thought everything was settled. And then they even billed for items after my husband was deceased! Also, billed for items after my husband was in hospice! I have sent a complaint to BBB and, to my knowledge, the pharmacy has yet to respond to them. I also believe that they have not billed my insurance company, which I have repeatedly asked them to do. Wish I could give them a rating of 00000...as that is what they deserve. Steer clear of this place!!!

I went to Caduceus Eyes n' Ears Etc. today, 8/15/18, to see Dr. Kaufman, the ENT specialist. I was impressed with his great bedside manner and his thoroughness when evaluating for differentials based on the history questions. I felt he listened and understood my concerns and gave a thoughtful recommendation which he was able to discuss without hesitation. I would refer others to see him based on the first impression. Additionally, thank you to the receptionist. All went smoothly.

Not a good place of business. One of the pharmacist's there always sells me narcotics without a prescription so I guess that's a plus.
