One week ago I got my son some air force ones and the shoe stitches starting falling off and even though they look like new because my son takes good care of them, the employee of the store said there is nothing they can do because he wore them. So even if the shoe is defective they will not do anything about it. So I'm never shopping from them again. I shop at this store ever 6 months for both my kids and the shoes cost alot. So I'll take my money somewhere else. Next time I'm going straight to the nike store.

Got shoes in wrong pricing and don't honor that. Be responsible for that. Won't shop here no more. Fullerton would've honored it. These folks don't try

Do not waste your energy at this store with rude incompetent. Have you ever been disrespected to a point you're taking the time to contact their corporate office? When l went in with all my young kids bought all of them shoes yesterday, some looked in questionable condition but nothing that couldn't be wiped off. Came to return today for the wrong size only to be told you're getting a "final exchange" because they have scuffs on them even though they were never worn. Cashier 'precious garcia' was making decisions as she felt on the shoes with arrogance. I decided to get a refund due to her attitude and she went off , I warn her not to talk to customers like that she got worse. Then the whole team repeated the same behaviour. I'm sure they'll respond with either lies or standard 'sorry didn't meet your expectations' but this is what happened.

What an amazing crew at the WSS at the anaheim Town square. Marco the manager as well as Raul and staff were very attentive during my visit. The staff was friendly they were able to show me several styles based on what I was looking for and provided detailed info about each shoe they recommended that made it unique and a good fit for my needs. The price range was very affordable for many of the shoes I selected, additional accessories were also very affordable and the staff was more than willing to show me more options if fit my needs. This is not the first time I shop here or the first time that the staff is so helpful. During my visit I saw other customers get the same great service and one thing that stud out as I walked in for the first time was how clean and inviting the places looked. I thank Mario the manager, Raul and staff for being so polite and helpful and recommended this store to anyone who is looking to get a new pair of shoes. They have a super selection.

If you are a family in need of value and selection, there's no better location than the store for shoes and sportswear.Service is great. Selection is wonderful. Anytime, I need this type of clothing and sports shoes for family. This is my go to spot. Trust me no better place in Anaheim
