Ordered flowers for Mother's Day.. paid $50 for flowers I could've picked better out of my own garden. All the flowers are horribly taken care of, never again ordering from this place.

The service at this location has never been great but with the new remodel it has taken the experience from 3 stars to 1. It has a Food 4 Less look and feel but with Ralph's prices. Once my go to market, it is now only go if you have if there is no other viable option

I went to wier canyon Anaheim hills this store for price adjustment manger she was not friendly rude she told me not her department 6 people they were waiting for her on self check out then I asked her who can help me ? she called one young man very nice better then manager explaining to me my bill finally I did some shopping then i check out cashier had attitude never said than you to customer only ask you want bag ? very poor service never shopping there and not recommend this store to anyone not happy at all

Location it is my Go To grocery store. Same experience as previous MT review on their website ... the FRONT End MANAGER is EXTREMELY HATEFUL & impolite...nasty, lacks any customer or people skills. I've witnessed her rudeness & combative demeanor on prior shopping trips...however when it is directed at you it is beyond horrible. Beware of the big bitter messy blonde who clearly dispises customers & loathes her job...no matter how kind you are toward her. How she became a Manager is beyond comprehension. Shame on Ralphs - Kroger. No one needs to shop to get extremely abused when using the Ralphs Digital coupon App. She was frustrated she couldn't figure out how to get the price via the app. I told her that's ok as two other store staff could not get it to apply on previous visits. It was fine, I don't need the discount. She was very ugly saying the self check attendants don't know anything etc. I said it's ok, as she was assaulting me with her incessant verbal barbs... thankfully no line behind me. My daughter came over from self check out to inquire what was taking so long. I said I'm trying to tell her I don't need the discount as it is taking too long. Then the rude ness continued with here you go... enjoy that Asparagus (nasty sarcasm)...I just put the price in manually... she kept rattling on and I got my bags of groceries and walked away from the crazy FRONT END MANAGER that looked mean & insane. That poor bag girl looked terrified.

I've been coming to this store for years because it's closest to my house. I will not spend another penny at this Ralph's. I'd rather drive out of my way, even with the cost of gas prices, to a Ralph's where customers are at least treated with decency. I don't even care about 'superb customer service,' just as long as you're not as wretched as clerk Mary J, who thought it appropriate to try to scold my mother for not greeting her as enthusiastically as she thought was necessary, and then proceed to talk about my mother to other customers!! What?! The manager Jason doesn't care about the clerks conduct, only that my mom said a few curse words on her way out. That's a no-no, but his clerk trying to humiliate a customer is acceptable? Your produce department sucks, you're constantly out of common items, and to boot your cashiers are horrid, with a grotesque sense of self-entitlement. Not another penny. Disgusting!!!

I arrived at the deli counter around 8:40pm last night on 5/4/22 to get some hard salami, chipolet chicken, and deluxe roast beef. There were 2 people ahead of me and one after me. I waited for my turn to place the orders. After my orders were placed, I walked around the produce areas to wait for my orders ready. I returned to the deli counter after 10minutes and patiently continued waiting for my orders. The person, who placed her order after me earlier, was also there waiting for her order. However, she got her order ready before me. This is not acceptable. In my opinion, everybody needs to wait for his/her turn. I request that Ralphs needs to retrain their employees about Customer Service skills.

Although this location may be clean, the deli counter works quite inefficiently. The employees are incredibly disrespectful, and cannot handle the pressures of three customers. I was taken aback by their dismissive attitudes and reluctant productivity.

I frequent this Ralph's because I live nearby. Just as I used to frequent the Ralph's on Harvard-Main St in Irvine when I used to live in Irvine. The staff here are a little rougher around the edges on first sight. They are real people and they genuinely put their best foot forward to take care of their customers and to provide a well stocked store, despite the supply chain issues the world experiences. Through the COVID mandate, their staff had always been compliant. Like every other businesses in Orange County, they encourage customers abide, but at the same time, even if they were to call the police, the police would just come and half heartedly tell people to please wear a mask. Without sounding too condescending, the team here did and does their best to be respectful and thoughtful when it comes to health and safety. What really set this Ralph's apart from the others I have shopped at is Mary and Denise. I had an issue with gift cards I purchased from this Ralph's. Mary calm, patient, and helpful in helping me receive assistance from Apple. She is authentically kind. Denise is always a blast to interact with. The times I've had a rough day at work and dread shopping groceries for dinner, running into Denise at self-check out always cheers me up. She genuine and keeps it real. I am grateful to have Ralph's with such a great front-end crew.

Clean grocery store in an upscale shopping center. However, for the last 14 months, I have asked the meat/seafood department if their fryer was working. For those who don't know, they have a commercial sized fryer and giant blue banners stating that they will fry your fish for you. I have asked about 7 different times during these 14 months and every single time, they state the fryer doesn't work. Either that department is too lazy to clean the fryer and lie about it or this location has failed to give a little spending money to get this fixed... either way, this is a fail.

I wanted to acknowledge one of Ralph's employees - his name is Rusty. He always helps with a smile on his face. Always asks how I'm doing. He recently helped with a specialized deli order - despite being on his lunch break. Any employer would be lucky to have a guy like Rusty working for them. Well done.

It's a great Ralph's location, generally! It's well stocked and their produce is some of the best in the land. Unfortunately they weren't enforcing the state-wide mask mandate in December 2021. It's probably safer to use curbside pickup or shop somewhere else for the foreseeable future.

Went shopping for groceries today. Waiting for a self checkout stand to open up and got yelled at that there was an available self checkout at the very front. Would have been nice if he said it in a nice way. Customers are not deaf and be nice. Without them, you won't have a job!

My go-to for groceries. Here is your average grocery store containing pretty much everything a grocery store should have. The plus here is the pick 6 wine / 30% off deal. The wine stocker here is also very nice and has helped me find wines I'm looking for. This location is good with stocking. I only find myself missing out on specific items if it's the end of the night. Lines are usually mild to none and I can usually hit self checkout without waiting. I'd give 4 stars for the nice wine lady and in-and-out experiences
