Terrible costumer service. And the manager Daniel is the most rude person on planet earth I ever seen. I traumatized after all that I don't wanna even see Walgreens in my life any more. If you like to be respected as a costumer and human don't ever go to this store

Whoever is working right now is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. unwilling to help customers (even though it's his job). I asked for help with something simple and he said " I already told you where it is and you didn't listen". Sorry for not seeing it but if I already did, I wouldn't be asking AS**HOLE!

Walked in there to try to find last minute New Years merchandise and guess what?!? Yesss!!! I found everything I needed right away. The young man at the register held to some items while I grabbed other things and made my visit quick and easy. That's one reason I love coming to this location because of their fast service.

This is the worst Walgreen/Pharmacy! They leave you on hold for over 30-45 minutes!! At times you have to call more than once due to them hanging up the line. The drive thru wait is just as ridiculous. If they are short staffed they need to fix it! The last couple of times they don't have the prescriptions needed.

Calling in a prescription for a patient. The PHARMACIST is extremely rude. She really told us to google it because we weren't familiar with the prescription. Advised not to go there.

Today! I g hi ad one of the worst experiences in my life! I'm very disappointed in the customer service I received today by a male employee On the drive thru. I have been coming to this pharmacy for many many years and never had any problems. The employee was very very rude, careless and inconsiderate with what I was telling him. He ignored me while I was talking he interrupted me all the time I was trying to talk and hung up the phone On the drive thru window to not listen to me. This person deserves to be written up for treating a long term customer with this disrespect, rudeness and unprofessionalism He is a disgrace for this store. I will not be returning here at all. I felt humiliated by this employee and no one deserved to be treated this way. This was a horrible experience.

I've been put on hold three times! I've asked directly to speak with a pharmacist and was put on hold, only to have someone who isn't a pharmacist put me on hold ... Again! Something as simple as a phone call now requires me to go in person to straighten out a simple insurance matter for a prescription that my doctor has already sent to their pharmacy.

OK ,someone from Walgreens corporate offices needs to go there and straighten this place out !!!!!!!! First ; Don't you think that is a bad idea to have a pharmacy right next to a pay by the night junkie hotel ? I am transferring all of my prescription to a totally different drugstore because I'm sooooo Tired of going to that JUNKIE pharmacy ! but first let me tell you what occurred ( and pretty much happens all the time I go there .) I drove up and of course the parking lot is full of junkies and bums and as I get out and go into the store I notice a group of junkies starts literally watching me walk into the store ( really great huh)? i go in and walk up to the pharmacy and there is a junky is passed in one of the chairs next to the pharmacy and they were so high that personal hygiene was the least of they're worries no one in the store was making any effort what so ever to rectify the problem . i got my prescription and headed out of the store and immediately the junky's that were watching me when I went in start accosting me asking , " What's in your bag dude ? and "hey , you wanna sell me something ?" they did'nt approach me because i"m a Male but as soon as I got home i called The store manager . The manager told me that he had been there for 16 years and didn't seem to be aware of the situation and frankly (excuse my language ) didn't really give a shit . I told him that a bunch of junky's yelling and trying to intimidate me was no big deal but what about all the seniors I see coming out of there this man didn't Listen to a word I said ! ya know I have a background in Hotel Management and if an Manager dosen"t try to fix a problem they are often benefitting from the current situation . I was really disappointed in his give a shit attitude , the fish always stinks at the head ! P.S sorry about the use of the word junky but lets face it there are no "homeless "in California these days .

The pharmacist gets 5 stars! With a special needs daughter, the pharmacist was able to effectively and professionally provide her with a required vaccine. She was patient with my daughter and trusted us (the parents) to know exactly how my daughter would react to the vaccine. This pharmacist was recommended by another special needs mom, we are so thankful for both! The entire staff in the pharmacy were polite and courteous. (Deep breath) Front of store; retail portion. Now, I am a former multi-unit Pharmacy Manager. This is why I can't go into pharmacies. I understand that sometimes managers get busy, or work at one location long enough that they can't see these things; but the customers can see them. My wife can't take me anywhere! I hate tape! I hate dust! I hate empty shelves. #managersbelike

Came back to retest for COVID since the location is so close by. The same guy did my test. If he's still working then he must have been lucky to not catch COVID from my phone the last time I tested. He asked for my ID and then I just sat in my car for 15-20 minutes with no clarification on what to do next. Not sure what was going on inside with my ID. Finally the test was slid through the slot to me. I did the test in 3-5 minutes. He thanked me for the test. I sat there waiting for more instructions when he asked me if I needed anything else. I guess you just assume it's over once the tester thanks you and doesn't mention anything about when to expect results.

This place is literally the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. It is close by and has a drive thru and is 24 hrs but that doesnt mean anything if you never have the medications. Even when you call the pharmacy the day before to confirm, they will not have it in stock. THis has happened repeatedly. i asked them to transfer the prescription and insurance to the cvs pharmacy as they were unable to fill it and the pharmacist named Yaz actually refused and said "we're extremely busy"....there was no one else waiting and three pharmacy techs diddling their fingers. I will be looking into filing a complaint with walgreens

This place never has the drugs I need for my son. Absolutely the worst pharmacy. A drug store that does not have drugs? This is the third month they have to order his medication because it's not in stock. This is a daily medication and he has to go with out it because they cannot provide drugs. Terrible customer service. Terrible store.

Right next to a "charge by the hour" type of hotel, the folks in the parking lot are sketchy at best, so bring your pepper spray. The sidewalks out front of the entry way are so gross. Crawling with germs, and for me, that's a huge health risk. Then going inside. Masks are optional. They play a recording that says so on the intercom. Seems strange for a pharmacy. I'm having to scurry away from other people in the store, due to lack of masks and social distancing. Last time I was in there, there was a mentally Ill homeless man taking up residence at the back of the store. Had all his stuff set up back there, all over the floor, so he had been there for a while, talking to himself. No one cared. It seems to be the running theme here. No one cares. It shows. So I'll fill you in a little on my last couple days. I was diagnosed with cancer a bit ago, and two days ago, I had a surgical procedure to have a port put into my chest, then yesterday was my first day of treatment. I sat thru 6 1/2 hours of infusion, chemo, Keytruda, steroids, fluids galore. Then after that, I got my first dose of radiation. I was at drs appts from 8:30 am to 5:15 pm. After that, I had to pick up meds, and get some biotene. Meaning I had to go inside. I am on total lock down. No work, no shopping at all. I am home all the time now, dr orders, due to covid and my weakened immune system. I try really hard to stay out of stores, but had to get my meds. I grabbed a small squirt bottle of alcohol to sanitize my hands and surfaces in the store, if needed as I grabbed my stuff. Needless to say, I'm not feeling so hot. Surgery, chemo, radiation all within 48 hours will kick your a*** So I get up to the check stand to pay for 3 items. Ensure, a 10$ bottle of mouthwash, and a tiny tube of biotene, smaller and more expensive then the 1.50 bottle of alcohol I got a target in my pocket. So the girl at the reg tells me my total is 28$ so I get the money out and hand it to her. She ignores me. I tossed it in her direction, and apologized, cause I wasn't trying to be the dick that was the throwing money at her, but that's kinda how it ended up looking. I simply can't hold my hand out that long with out it shaking like crazy. I'm weak as all hell. Then she decides to ask my if I paid for that bottle of alcohol in my pocket. (They don't sell these types of squirt alcohol bottles in this store, I checked, cause I wanted to buy some more) I was pretty surprised. I gave her a look that says more than the "yes" answer that followed. I think the look told her she was barking up the wrong tree. She gave some trite have a nice day. And I told her to f$ck off. Sorry. Sometimes the polite thing just wears off, and after a day like I had, getting accused of stealing something from a store that that store does not even sell is just stupid at its finest. I think I was just done for the day. So, yes, I hate a pharmacy that is filthy, crawling with germs inside and out, and filled with jerks. I originally came here cause it's open 24/7, but now that I'm thinkin about it, it's not safe to come here after dark, so I'm sure I'm going to have to switch. Just bad all over. I was there last night, maybe 6-7, (so it's dark out) there were tweekers fixing their trucks and cars in the parking lot. I just don't feel safe here, and I can tell the staff wouldn't have my back. Safe to say, I won't be back

I went to my neighborhood 24 hour walgreens this morning at 330am and the doors were closed i stood outside in the cold and called the store the manager answered and said they were closed until 4 so employee could have lunch break. Maybe im crazy but shouldn't the manager Cover employee register so that employee could have lunch and store not close?? Seems just lazy to me. Very irritating for me and the other people outside needing in.
