Terrible customer service. Went to cash my paychecks and the Manager on duty, his name starts with an A said he would not cash them. I saved my work paycheck specifically for my birthday, which is was, so I was upset, then the manager threatened me that he would never cash my checks. So, I left, went to the location in Yorba Linda. Much nicer and far better service.

Called and got an employee on the line almost instantly. He answered my questions about cashing savings bonds and I was on my way

Terrible customer service and very inefficient. Tellers didn't seem like they even knew how to do their jobs.

The only reason I'm giving this review because Sumari at this location was the only person that was able to help me. I tried calling customer service and even to the escalation team but they were unable to help me as well. Nothing against them, seems like it's more of the system that's set up. I came into this branch and Sumari, one of the Personal Banker employees, was able to help me. She was the only one in my opinion that showed actual customer service and seemed like she genuinely cared. She made sure I left with what I needed and took the time to go above and beyond to do so. I hope this review gets to her and her management because she is the kind of person you want on your team.

The management of this branch should all be FIRED. They are not serving customers correctly. HOW DARE YOU close a teller window when there is a long line in branch!!! UNACCEPTABLE behavior. Whatever manager makes the call to close teller windows and customer service is an unfit Customer Service "manager." Chronically, there are never enough tellers and customers are always made to wait much much too long here. BOYCOTT WELLS FARGO BIG BANK!!

Poor customer service. This bank needs more tellers and less paper pushers sitting behind desks. Boycott Wells Fargo that doesn't put customer service first and foremost.

Really bad on the last hour before closing(12pm) on Saturday morning. Short staffed and a very long line.

Shame on you, AH Wells Fargo! Worthless.... Just like the thieves who stole my purse. Imagine walking into a bank because your card has just been stolen watching the money drain from your account on your phone... And the bank tells you that they don't have any bankers to help you so go home and call the 1-800 line. That's exactly what just happened to me at this horrible excuse for a branch. Mind you, I had just spent an hour at nearby Chase where they sat down with me and walked me through everything to make sure I was safe as was my money. Avoid this branch at ALL COSTS, literally!

I'm writing this review to express my dismay over the treatment we recently received at this branch, and judging from the other bad reviews, I'm sure this one will also go unheeded. I made an appointment for a notary service about a week in advance, and selected the only available timeslot of 1:30 on the date we needed it done, which meant my husband and I both had to take time off from work. On the scheduled day, I received a phone call from someone named Jeffrey to confirm the appointment time. He asked, "you need a notary?" to which I replied that I did. He said "Hold on while I check to make sure we will have one available." He proceeded to put me on hold for about five minutes. While on hold, I was wondering why he was checking for the availability of a notary, when that was what we had scheduled. He finally came back on the line and confirmed that, yes, a notary would be available at 1:30, and asked how many forms we needed notarized, to which I replied "two." When we arrived a few minutes before our appointment time, we were instructed by Jeffrey to sit in the lobby, and that the notary was finishing up a phone call and would be with us shortly. At around 1:45 he asked for our paperwork and driver's licenses so the notary could begin reviewing and recording in her notary book. At 2:05 she finally came flying across the lobby and asked us to follow her to her desk, where she sat down without introducing herself or shaking our hands. Nor did she apologize for keeping us waiting. I took a business card from the card holder on her desk and asked, "Are you Asma?" (her card read Asma Chaudhry, Branch Manager). She confirmed that she was. She then excused herself after a few minutes so that she could let her next appointment know that she was delayed (we received no such courtesy from her.) The whole time we were there she was complaining about having to notarize six signatures (one for each of us on the first form and two for each of us on the second form) and we felt like we were a nuisance and were keeping her from more important things. Fortunately, we rarely have the need to go into a brick and mortar bank, but if we ever need to in the future, you bet we will find another bank or branch that values their customers.

Good luck with trying to make an appointment! No one ever calls back. Talking to Chase to move checking, savings, 2 IRA's from Wells Fargo. The absolute worst is the lady behind tellers that will never look up and help, no matter what is going on.

22+ minutes late starting my appointment. Don't book appointments if you don't have the time or staff for them.

I came in 30 mins before closing time and they refused to help me because bank will be closed soon. I explained that I need to do domestic wiring and I have to go to work early in the morning and couldn’t make it out early for the cut off tomorrow. She told me too bad that she couldn’t help me . And I should have made appointment to do wiring …. WF lost me as customer … I will move my business to elsewhere that have better customer service.

They do not have enough help. The workers are nice but need help. The lines are long. They say sorry but sorry doesn't give you your time back. It's to hot to wait outside ! I had a straight deposit , so it's fast. They should have someone to do just deposits no cash . Another bank had someone to do that. Can't count money always have to go have it counted . It just takes to long. It's frustrating .
