Sebastian is an asset to this branch. He was so helpful and got my situation sorted immediately. His kindness and intelligence really sets him apart from the other employees.

This is for the walk-up ATM only. If you are going to an Angels game, or anything at Anaheim stadium and need soem quick cash, this location is just across the street. They have a parking lot with plenty of spaces and two nice ATM machines, which are located on the side of the building opposite the stadium. Clean machines, and a quick easy transaction.

This branch is a joke. Just needed to close out a $0 account and there's 5 people working here and for some reason no one can help me and asked to wait wait wait it's been 15 minutes and tellers are just doing nothing. What the absolute heck...

Sebastian took his time to help my father by adding me to his account with the current circumstances that we are facing. He was assisted by Trina towards the final steps of completing the transaction. They both provided great customer service and showed compassion. Thank you both! It always the little things that go a long way.

One teller working. Seriously? Took 30 minutes to help 3 customers! Wtf. Get some more employees.

Their customer service is a joke. My problem was elevated to a higher level and the person did the bare minimal to help and I never heard from the people that were supposed to follow up. I will probably leave them and go to another bank.

Hate coming here. 20 to 30 min lines every time. Tellers stop taking people and walk away. Line out the door

It felt petty when the bank teller had me count and put into little paper rolls change I brought in. A grand total of $9.63. It’s literally your job to count money.

So let me tell you about the EX-cellent customer service I received today visiting the Wells Fargo branch on State College near my job. I waited a short wait bc not many customers then I proceeded to make a deposit on my business account while doing that I thought I would ask about Zelle for businesses. Eileen was so nice and explained how to get all set up on Zelle with the mobile app. Then I asked to change my e-mail on file to a more professional email. She had no problem making all of my transactions smooth she even offered to call in to get my business account added to the app. Even though I thought she might get busy and forget I was pleasantly surprised she called me about an hour later to say I was all set up for Zelle on my business account. I appreciate the above and beyond Eileen and this might be my future branch! Thank you!!!

I went in person for the first time since opening my account with my husband when I moved to the USA last year as I had received my Canadian Tax Refund. My account opening with Julian was a great experience, but today was really disappointing.I asked the teller if it was possible to deposit a Canadian Cheque into the shared chequing account. They seemed very uncertain about the cheque and requested counsel from other tellers or bank managers behind the glass. No problem, I thought maybe it was a training issue. But then they seemed to be arguing about whether I was trying to defraud them and then I heard one of the ladies say "Well, do we even have to for an 11 month?" (referring to their lack of loyalty to me due to how long I had my bank account with them).I think this comment was uncessary, and I am even more disappointed that it was made when nothing was done on Wells Fargo's side to mitigate the judgement OR the risk in this situation. Common sense would say that this was perfectly sensible; wouldn't it be proof that I have been here less than a year? (The only people getting Canadian tax refunds in the USA certainly are newly landed residents, no?) Not once was my ID or any other means of verification requested. I had my Canadian Passport, US Resident Card, and my Nexus card all available. Leaving that aside, they didn't even need to ask for ID; My account has a historical large deposit via wire transfer from my Canadian bank account when I moved here, and a biweekly deposit from my job (A Canadian company). After the 11 month comment my husband kind of got upset and told them to deposit into his account if it's an issue (his has been open for 15 years with them). After that, they deposited the cheque, but the experience left a sour taste in my mouth. What would I do if he wasn't here to help me? Are all new US resident's denied under the assumption of fraud if they don't have a burly man with a long service history? And what are new residents meant to do with their cheque? Travel back to their home country and hope they can open a different bank account without a domestic address?I am glad I was serviced as I would have just lost out on my entire tax refund if it weren't for Wells Fargo accepting my cheque, but it leaves me with the question in my mind: "Why should I continue to pledge my loyalty to a business who clearly doesn't give a damn about me?"The takeaway for Wells Fargo here is they need a much better process for managing fraud risk, period, and a process that preferably takes into account the customer standing 2 feet away hearing your entire conversation.

Julian (personal banker) was very attentive and answered each question I had thoroughly. The whole staff was very professional actually. Had a great experience! I would definitely make the trip again because my local WF branch is a nightmare to deal with.

They are friendly but they do not have an inside ATM which mean I have to wait in line to make a withdrawal larger than my limit or do it in 2 different days. Now, waiting 10 mins is not bad but 25 to 30 mins because there's not many tellers or people are asking all kind of info and take the tellers time with info easily found online is ?. Obviously my personal opinion but all I want is withdrawal money and get going.

How do you not have any brokers available? Just left this location because NO brokers were available to help a deposit into my business brokerage account. Priority client waiting 20 minutes in brokerage area with no help.
