on short notice I was in need of a 230V L6-30 male plug and a length of cord. Benny was able to take care of me right on the sport. They had the products I needed in stock and was on my way in less than 10 minutes.

I've been to a lot of electrical wholesale houses and I can say Anaheim is by far one of the best. Benny any the Will call counter is very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time they are gathering my material some one will ask if I need help. The guys are fast! Would recommend to my grandmother to use Walters in Anaheim.

These guys are rude. They don't want to help. They make that clear with their s*** attitudes. I'll go to Cerritos instead. Thanks. Was helped by someone with a beard and tattoos named Benny. The entire time he gathered my materials he was throwing them and slamming them. I'll probably just be calling corporate to file a complaint. I can't believe the treatment here. Who just throws lose nuts bolts and anchors in a big box like that? Shameful man.

Stood there for 10 min no one greeted me it was like I was never there. Terrible customer service unless your buddies with them. Go somewhere else for small supplies.

The ONLY reasone they get two stars from me is that they have nice salesmen at the counter. Other than that, their prices are high and they don't price match. I have a contractor's license and it costs more for me to buy here than at Home Depot. For example, Romex costs over $90 p/roll here compared to $70 at Home Depot. The main reason for the low rating is that when I first walked in, I immediately asked the salesman for a quote. He made a list and went to get the materials. I then asked for price match and he didn't. So I didn't purchase the items. He then said to me, "next time just ask for a quote." I told him that that was the first thing that I asked for when I came in.
