Elizabeth with the photo department was absolutely incredible! She helped me place a large order of canvases and was willing to take more! I called a dozen other Walgreens and they wouldn’t do the order or would just cancel it without communication. I am so thankful for this store, Elizabeth, and her team!

Service at pharmacy is extremely slow. Stood in line of 5 people for 1 hour! Go elsewhere!

My husband went into Walgreens at Ball and Knott and purchased to $50 gift cards for eBay for me for Valentines Day and the guy checking him out was new and ask for help to activate the cards, my husband was given a receipt and two activation slips and came home and gave the cards to me. When I went online to buy something I was told by eBay the cards had a zero balance. So I called the store manager to say they did not activate the cards, they said it is not a store level problem that I needed to now call Walgreens consumer affairs, the first guys was really rude and said it wasn't there problem that E bay to deal with it. So I called E bay back and they said I did not purchase the cards through them that this was an Walgreens issue, so I called Walgreens back and they filed a claim and one day later received an email that said they activated the cards and if they had no balance there was nothing they can do about it. This is really poor customer service on Walgreens side, I will never give this store or chain a penny again and I think everybody should boycott them. I understand it is a scam but they have insurance to cover when this happens and the customer is always right. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Horrible service. I never had any problem picking up my medicine from there until today, this employee named Alan, who has this rude attitude and very picky behavor such as tell me what kind of medicine I'm taking but I do not know what kind because they called me about my medicine ready. As I went there Alan told me a stuck up question that he seems to be not professional as if he wants to get this over with. He wants to know what medication I'm taking, however I do not know what I'm taking since my doctor provides the medication and told me to come back when I know what medication I'm taking as if he was pushing me away. Never gonna pick up from this Walgreen ever again and pick it up somewhere.

This Walgreens is Garbage, and that's due to the Miserable service / attitude u get from the pharmacy technicians. One female in particular, must be really miserable in her life , IF U DONT LIKE SERVING PEOPLE THEIR MEDS, then get a new job!!

This is by far the slowest, most disorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Constantly out of medications, they claim they'll order them and follow up with you but don't, and just don't seem to care that people may not have their meds. And good luck trying to call to get an update on whether they ordered your medication. You'll be on hold forever. I'm taking all my scrips elsewhere.

So annoyed that big pharma like Walgreens can't even figure out how to: -update/retain patient vaccine records so they don't have to hassle me to show all my past vaccinations that I got from them -retain forms completed by me online less than 30 minutes ago so now I have to fill them out again And won't hire more staff so patients don't have to wait forever. I really should've just gone to my doctor instead for my Flu and Covid shots. I wanna leave but at the same time don't since I'm already here - and still waiting. :-/ Really wonder what Walgreens does with its billions.

The pharmacy needs to have the medicine ready for people to pick up, getting calls saying that it's ready and yet it is not, happens twice now and that's not good, did you guys hired new staff?? Because they are idiots, it's rude not to have medicine ready for disabled people, CHANGING PHARMACY!!

Always get the same problem, never ever have my medicine for days after doctor has sent them the prescription! Always get the same answer that "we dont have this one in stock now, do you want to order it? People get sick and still have to wait to have medicine for days till they get better themselves!!! Really don't know what they do all day! Very very bad branch of Walgreens, its just because this is the closest one to my house!

Very rood pharmacist my mom went to pick up my dads medications and the pharmacist just threw them to her very rood tbh
