Walgreens pharmacy is worst in 35years I've experienced.i have HIV, believe me I know good & bad pharmacys.t lied to me so many times, go back to pharmacy school. They make me want to relapse. Only THC can help me now.

For the past years their employees have changed so much and all my meds are getting behind schedule or not getting at all. They’re not efficient like it used to be, especially lack of knowledge in handling with insurances.

This is by far the slowest, most disorganized pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Constantly out of medications, they claim they'll order them and follow up with you but don't, and just don't seem to care that people may not have their meds. And good luck trying to call to get an update on whether they ordered your medication. You'll be on hold forever. I'm taking all my scrips elsewhere.

So annoyed that big pharma like Walgreens can't even figure out how to: -update/retain patient vaccine records so they don't have to hassle me to show all my past vaccinations that I got from them-retain forms completed by me online less than 30 minutes ago so now I have to fill them out againAnd won't hire more staff so patients don't have to wait forever.I really should've just gone to my doctor instead for my Flu and Covid shots. I wanna leave but at the same time don't since I'm already here - and still waiting. :-/Really wonder what Walgreens does with its billions.

Always get the same problem, never ever have my medicine for days after doctor has sent them the prescription! Always get the same answer that "we dont have this one in stock now, do you want to order it? People get sick and still have to wait to have medicine for days till they get better themselves!!! Really don't know what they do all day! Very very bad branch of Walgreens, its just because this is the closest one to my house!

Try calling first to make sure they will fill your prescription. They haven't been able to fill my prescription issued 4 days ago.they say not available yet, try back later. As if I have nothing else to do. Most of the time when I call to check status they answer and place the call on hold without speaking- over and over then just hang up on me and I have to start over. I want the prescription transferred to another pharmacy that has the medication available. I have been so inconvenienced by the I don't care attitude from this place.

Vickie is pretty cool. Plus, You get what you need. It is for the most part a typical Walgreens. Staff is very friendly. Nothing but good things about this place.

Horrible service. I've been using this pharmacy for 20+ years. The service has continually become worse. You're lucky if you get to speak to someone without being held on hold for 10-20 minutes. When you do get through, they pick up the call and place you right back on hold. But if you call right back, you generally get to talk to someone. Doesn't make sense. The drive through is also horrible waiting in line. They manage to move one car in 10-30 minutes. I would be gone in a hot minute if they weren't so convenient. Always a miserable experience.

I only shop at Walgreens for 2 specific items, their proprietary alpha hydroxy face cream ($10) and Argo tea (2 for $4). The quality and value of these 2 items are very hard to find anywhere else.

Asked for my prescripction to be transfered and they only transfered half that doesnt make any sence on top of that we called 2 hours in advance and when we got here they said we never called so i called the number and their phone rang hmmmm dont know whats up with the perople working here

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! Worse run pharmacy ever - because location is close to home, my family has given them countless chances to redeem themselves. Trust me, your time is worth much more than driving one less mile to go somewhere competent.

Even they can be slow on following up on refills, I have had no problems getting my RX even the hard to get ones.

Had appointment for COVID booster at 10:20am. Got there at 10:05 and waited in line to check in, there was only 2 people ahead of me. Didn't get to window until 10:30am. Waited patiently until 11:30 to get called. Lost my patience at this point and went up to window to inquire about wait. The tech says, "oh, as soon as the other tech is done at the drive thru window, I'll get her to do the shot for you." So if I had not asked, I'd still be sitting and waited. 11:40am, finally got my shot and all the tech said was thank you for waiting. The staff here does not care about their patients, only working for the paycheck...it's so obvious they can care less about anything that's going on in your life; who's cares if your family was waiting in the car for you for over an hour so that you can get a simple COVID booster!
