I've been in business over 25 years and I've never done more loans with a single lender than I've done with Martin Alvarado and his team. As I was representing a seller, another agent brought a buyer who's initial lender could not perform. The other agent assured me that he had a lender, Martin, who could close the deal in 10 days. We gave the extension and Martin closed the deal for us within 10 days. That's how I met Martin..another real estate agent was lucky he saved the day for him and for all involved. Though I use other lenders, Martin and his team have closed 100% of the transactions we've worked on. He comes at the highest recommendation. - Rene.

They did it again! Martin and his team helped me a second time, this time to refinance! Despite the Pandemic Martin and his team were very attentive and stayed in constant communication to help me gather everything I needed for our underwriter. Thanks to their hard work my monthly mortgage was lowered! Martin, Frank, and his team were super dedicated and didn't stop until our loan was complete and funded. During these times obtaining a mortgage and actually being able to get a house is VERY CHALLENGING. However, Martin and his team really do go out of their way to make sure you are able to obtain your future home. This isn't my first rodeo with them.
