We love Petco Anaheim Hills for our dog grooming. We have 3 small dogs and 100% recommend Acacia! She is the nicest, sweetest person with our dogs. She takes her time and completely respects our wishes for each dog. In the past, other grooming facilities would often tell us we need to completely shave our dogs because of a little undercoat matting. Acacia takes her time and has never once told us we need to shave our dogs. I highly recommend Acacia for your dog grooming services !!! Our dogs LOVE her!!

I'm going to The store, I find an advertised price for a clearance item I grab it. I go to check out and it's not ringing up so I ask for a manager. The lady with long salt and pepper hair in a ponytail, who would not give me her name or allow her associate to give it to me is not only rude but unprofessional. She can't explain why the tags are tagged and can't find me the item that is tagged then begins to tell me that I'm wrong for thinking that the item should be clearance since that's what they advertised. Then refuses to sell me when I ask for her name and info she then tells me she's going to call security I said, that's fine, I've done nothing wrong In fact I'm being extremely calm and she then started to crumble the clearance tag as though I was making it up. She will not let the other worker who is agreeing with us that she's out of line , which I have on video, talk to us or sell us the item so do you think as a consumer I'm right or wrong. If an item is advertised and it's very clear to the manager one under the advertisement or to try to find the item and which is being advertised if it was placed wrong.

Only local store that had my bird's food. When i tried to. Get a variety i checked the expiration date and the read "best by 3/30/20" that basically went bad as soon as the pandemic started and it's still sitting on their shelves over 2 years later! Their prices don't match the app prices either. Will be ordering through the app and returning with my receipt.

Best Petco ever! This group is very personable and very knowledgeable about anything you ask. And if they don't know...they will always have a suggestion of someone else on their team that can help me. The ones that I constantly interact with are Pablo, Chris and Austin. Super Knowledgeable and very very helpful. The manager is also very nice and is always very helpful! Many thanks to this great team!!!!

GM at Anaheim location isn't friendly or kind to good employees. An when you walk in too see people who work there you feel the negative energy she's putting out.

I just really want to thank Kes at the Anaheim Hills Petco. She was amazing and went above and beyond. She helped me with my Vital Care acct. even calling me the next day to let me know it was taken care of. Then was so patient and kind to help me again with another issue I had with my puppy. This lady deserves a raise! She is definitely an asset to Petco! Thank you Kes, wonderful customer service!!

This place always closes BEFORE their posted time. Showed up at 5 minutes to the posted closing time of 8 pm to pick up an online order and the door is already locked, everything shut down, no people. I'm tired of driving over there to find out their lazy butts went home early. Next time I'm spending my money at Petsmart. They keep to their posted hours.

this place is really nice, it's clean and very friendly. But when I saw this, I was completely shocked. Syrian hamsters or hamster"s in general are supposed to dominant, meaning that they can't be with other hamsters. They can literally abuse each other, to point where they can die. The hamsters I saw today were fighting for food and they were literally hitting each other and the white hamster was stressing out. It's so heartbreaking to see this. This place is an amazing pet store, but being a pet store you should be setting good examples to pet buyers. What if someone bought these 2, because they both were in the same cage.they would end up dying, or one of them would have been bullied by the other. Hamsters are not just toys, there real animals that breathe think and feel. My heart cries for them, the white one was completely stressing out and the cream coloured one was hitting it and moving it away from the food. Which is what they do since they're dominant. Please separate your hamsters not just for us to see but for their own good

Review for groomers. My dog gage is a rescue that was obviously abused and so I'm always feeling anxiety when I have to leave her somewhere with someone else. But petco grooming has done a great job every time. I think the girls name that does gage is Millie she does a wonderful job and I have no complaints at all. But everyone else as well in the grooming department has been great and I'm satisfied with their services!

It was wonderful to be able to get through the whole process in less than 10 minutes which included weight, a wellness check and vaccine. They were all very friendly, professional and caring.

(I can't blame this particular store, but I have to blame some place). I ordered fish food this morning on petco.com. Since it was my first order with them, the deliver fee was reduced from $5.99 to $0.99 (same day delivery with DoorDash). A few hours later, I received an email from petco.com saying, "We're sorry. Your items are currently unavailable." What? Is 'unavailable' (as in the DoorDash person didn't want to delivery fish food?) the same thing as 'out of stock?' Did the DoorDash person go down the wrong aisle? Couldn't s/he check another nearby Petco store? When I ordered this morning with petco.com, I thought to myself, 'That's a pretty good price, plus cheap shipping... Why haven't I bought more from them?" -- NOW I REMEMBER!

This review is specifically for the great customer service that Amy (the General Manager of the store) provided. I recently made an appointment for the vetco vaccine clinic that will be opening next week. After having an issue with the web based scheduling, I called the Store and was lucky enough to have Amy answer. She listen to the issue I was having, took my contact information and said she would get some answers and call me right back. About 30 min later, Amy called me back and told me she had reached out to the regional manager in charge of scheduling and resolved my issue. I am very appreciative of the fact that she went above and beyond to help and did so in a very kind way. Thank you to Petco for having employees that care about their customers' time and experience!

On their website it said, if your order is over $35 dollars in purchase then you qualify for same day delivery for FREE as Long as you order before 2 PM on that day. But when I made my order at the end it gave me the option for same-day delivery but they were charging me $30 something dollars.. I chose free delivery And at the end they said my order was going to be arriving 2 to 3 days later. Very confusing and misleading..not right!!

My rescue hasn't been to a groomer before so I called to ask some general questions. [I had scheduled an appointment online earlier in the week for the following day at 5pm.] Whoever picked up the phone didn't know anything about grooming (and apparently the groomer was busy--too busy to take my number and call me back later). So she put me on hold to walk over and ask the groomer my questions. She made it clear that she was annoyed when I had another question that she couldn't answer and had to walk over/place me on hold a second time. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment. Afterwards, I called another local Petco and the girl was SO nice and patient. She answered all my questions and then some, explaining that you couldn't do a full bath and cut with an appointment made past 3pm ish since it could take up to 3 hours/past their groomer's closing time. However, the online system let's you schedule the full bath and cut anyway into the late afternoon/early evening. How efficient, huh?! [Usually the groomer would call to reschedule if happened, but how inconvenient for working pet parents that can't come in on the weekend.]
