This is my go to store. Always well stocked and very helpful friendly employees!
I went in last week and had a few issues with my phone as well as questions about lowering my bill.
I was lucky enough to have Andrew assist me with all of these. He not only fixed all my issues he lowered my bill and lowered my internet as well! He is a huge asset to this already great store! We will continue to work with him and look forward to sending our friends and family his way! Exceptional customer service with kindness is hard to find these days..he excels in both!

real bad i took them to court because they are charging me for the phone i dont have and took and stole from me .they lost still charging me i have to go to court again

I had an appointment and even got there 15 mins. early. However the guy working there was already busy with another client who was having issues and had a lot of questions. I waited a little over an hour before another employee came in and he immediately started helping me. Like the customer who was already there, I ended up taking a lot of his time. He was very informative and had the transaction handled which wasn’t easy considering it involved 2 people leaving another person’s account and 1 of the people living in another state. I thought he was absolutely wonderful

Silvano helped me out today. Been a loyal customer of 6 years with Verizon. This was the best customer experience I’ve ever gotten. He was so helpful and helped me a ton with my lines. Will only be going to this Verizon store from now on and always going to have Silvano help me. Seriously…

One of the best cellular service stores I’ve been too. Both Alex and the store manager zena helped me through multiple problems and switching carriers! i came back the next day and they both helped me with getting cell back online as well as my iPhone 6 which was a hassle! zena also gave me her number to help with anything and offered to help us at our home! she went above and beyond and gave amazing service! Thank you so much Verizon!

Was waiting in store for over 20 mins, only one employee was working, and by the time my turn came he said he won’t be able to help me today and sent me off, what branch has only one employee
