I had an exceptional experience at Varitek, and I couldn't be happier with their service! Recently, my Xerox printer encountered a frustrating issue, leaving me in a bind as I heavily rely on it for my home office. Thankfully, Varitek came to the rescue and demonstrated their outstanding expertise.First and foremost, I was amazed by how quickly they managed to repair my printer. I dropped it off in the morning, and by the afternoon of the same day, it was already back in my hands, fully functioning! Such prompt service was beyond my expectations and truly minimized any inconvenience I might have faced.What impressed me even more was the affordability of their repair service. I had contacted several other repair shops before coming to Varitek, and their prices were by far the most reasonable. They didn't try to upsell me unnecessary parts or services, and I genuinely felt like they had my best interests at heart.The staff at Varitek were also incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout the entire process. Went in to fix a printer because it was making a loud noise. Although he did fix the noise issue, after it was given to him, the printer was printing faintly, even though the toner was new and genuine and I had no issues with the print quality.

The owner was very professional and prompt. Our pc is approximately 3 years old so it had tons of challenges. He was ready to correct these remotely and during a timely manner. We appreciate his work and would gladly recommend his services to a lover.

This morning I requested a service call. Within just a few hours your man named LOC was at my door. I commend him highly. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely competent. In a short period he had diagnosed the problem and then repaired it. I hope I will never need your services again, but if I do, you can be assured you will be the first I call. I've had a few printers and computers taken care of for my husband's medical office. They were prompt, took care of the issues and explained everything so that I didn't feel taken advantage of. Highly recommend them and will def be using them again!

If you need your computer, printer, or scanner repaired, this should be your go-to. I've been a customer for almost 9 years now, and have had nothing but positive experiences. The type of customer service here is something you won't find at large, chain repair businesses. They are friendly, willing to go out of their way to make sure my repairs are up to my standards, and fast.

Attempted to leave multiple printers for fixing (I have 4 in total) got here at 1:50. Doors locked place looks closed. Called three times before someone picked up claiming they close at 1. I spoke with someone and wrote down their information that 8-2pm would be suitable for drop off on Friday. And 8-4:30 Monday through Thursday. He said they close at 1, hours posted are screen shot below. What a disappointment. Drove 30 minutes in traffic to be here.
