1 star is too much for this location. Slowest moving line, always long lines, nieeds a self service kiosk. One person working at all times, but very helpful and friendly. Just need another representative there since it is high traffic post office.

Joleen was incredibly helpful as I was dealing with paying the difference for a package and even tried to help provide more effective packaging for my shipment. She was kind and attentive and was a pleasure working with.

I mailed a package today and the ladies were LOVELY A gentleman came in with a sour attitude and questioned the cost of shipping as well as regarded the employee with a negative attitude. She (Elaine) gave a MASTERCLASS in customer service. She killed him with kindness, quickly answered his questions, and did it while multitasking. She is the epitome of black girl magic and black joy! Thank you Elaine! If there is a raise or recognition to give out. She deserves it!

On 6/24 I walked in with my already posted package. I waited my turn. Handed it to the girl behind the counter. I said it's already labeled. She said okay and took it behind the counter. As of today, my tracking still says label created, not yet in system. I call and there is nothing they can do because my tracking says it's not in the system. It was a return that I'm now having to pay for even though I no longer have the shoes. Pretty sure it doesn't take month to scan in a package AND she for sure took it behind the counter, so..someone got a pair of shoes.

Geesh, this place was hard to locate due to such poor signage. It took a few u-turns for me to find this branch (LOL), but when I did, I had no issues with my visit. There was only one employee but she was nice and worked really hard to serve the public that was coming in.

For the love of God, please get a self service kiosk in this place, and another worker at the front. They have one woman working on overdrive to service a line that is seemingly always 10 people deep. She is great! She manages to do it. But it's just too stupid of a situation.

There's an older lady with grey hair w/glasses and Eileen (middle aged, Hispanic w/ponytail), both have been very rude and unhelpful. They've been unpleasant and the customers seem almost overly apologetic and fearful of them. They should NOT treat their customers in such a demeaning manner.I came in with my 7months old daughter and wanted some help sending a package. I had to go back and forth between boxes because I was unsure with the directions Eileen gave me. She was vague, unclear and condescending. When I came to her desk, she’d walk away and organize mail in the back for a minute. And when I had to fill out my address, she had no patience and told me to step away when it was my third time up at the front because I was confused and frazzled while coaxing my baby.I dread going to this post office when I see those two rude workers up front (but the location is very convenient for me).There's a younger black lady with glasses who is very bubbly, welcoming and extremely helpful. Is it silly of me to wonder if they take customer feedback or have performance reviews? I hope her coworkers can be more like her.

Although I live near a different post office, I love coming to this one. The staff there, particularly Elaine, is always so cheery, helpful and full of life. It makes going to the post office a rather pleasant experience.

I come to this location about every week to drop off mail or correct issues, the young woman at the front Eileen has always been very knowledgeable and helpful she has always helped resolve my issues in an efficient and timely manner. Always a pleasure coming in.
