Some of the staff members are very nice, respectful and helpful. The service is great.
The reason I don't give 5 stars is because of one member, he is old man with a beard and is very very rude with customers. I think his name is Mark... he talked to customers like they are nothing. Better go back to school and learn respect sir.
The next time I come, I would just wait for any other stuff member rather than to see him...

I went to buy a book of stamps on my lunch break thinking it shouldn't take that long. I had to wait for the African -American female employee to finish giving her sermon. She was telling everyone the blood of Jesus is in this room. The customers in line didn't seem to matter to her. Now you see why most post offices get bad reviews because of the employees.

I’m writing this to Complain about a particular Employee, Mark Caldera… He’s Rude and ignorant and has a Despicable Attitude towards people exercising their 1st Amendment Right to Record in a Public Place. He tried to Unlawfully Exert Authority that He does not Possess after a Journalist was Assaulted and tried Ordering the Journalist to Leave, instead He Failed to be Impartial and De-Escalate the Situation and for His Behavior on that Day He Should be Terminated. I Witnessed this Grotesque Behavior Online and I’m Truly Appalled.

While I was home today, I was expecting a package. I go out to get the mail and my package is not there. Yet there’s mail in my mailbox on my front porch. When I track it, it says “animal exception.” I look at the video on my front porch and the mail woman literally scans my package at my front door and doesn’t leave it. Never rings the doorbell or knocks on the door or anything. As well, I don’t see any scary animals around!

It's like every other visit. No surprises which you don't want in the post office. Not enough people work there, which is typical.

Lazy lady works there and won't bring packages up a set of stairs. I ordered 2 12×16 plastic picture frames that weighed 3lbs and she wouldn't deliver it. I had to drive down to the post office to pick it up due to her laziness. This has happened MULTIPLE other times. One time a guy delivered a package to my door instead of her and I told him about her and he knew exactly who I was talking about and that many other people have complained about her. Can't wait until I move then I don't have to deal with their stupidity and laziness.

Keep getting worse. Packages not delivered and no tags left. Just had a purchase not delivered and returned to sender for address does not exist but it was a pitney bowes label with the correct address. Just lazy.

Came in to get my kids' passports. We had zero problems scheduling, and they were very gracious about us arriving a tad late. Staff was very knowledgable, friendly, and courteous.
