I came here to send an international packet for the first time and the whole process took me less than 10 min.
Honestly, I was really hesitant when I looked at the rating, they don’t deserve that at all!

We are back to this post office today. The warm and humorous ladies Rhonda. Poonam. It is a pleasure to work seriously and talk. Although different people work for us every time, this post office has been working for our children for more than ten years. Thank you very much ladies and gentlemen for being sincere to each other. May the world Friendship is getting better and better. Wishing everyone a happy fireworks ?

Yupita called us to her window to “HELP” us process our Change of Address Form with our ID’s.
When suddenly a woman entering the post office yells from behind, “Where do I pick up the Change Of Address Forms?” And, of course, Yupita proceeds to HELP her not just with one but SEVERAL and then, while we’re standing there waiting, the woman continues to ask questions! (Why didn’t she wait in line to ask questions? That’s what we did!)
The Customer Service provided here is so lacking because it isn’t CS! They lack professionalism and need an attitude check!
ZERO STARS!
BTW, These Front Window Clerks are a REFLECTION OF THE MANAGEMENT!

I have a drop box code right on label. Delivery person refuses to use it. It’s a matter of just putting 4 numbers and hit the open button. How hard can that be? Instead he leaves it by the door in plain site. I have complained before but it doesn’t do any good. Terrible customer service at this post office!

I come here frequently. Did a mail forward and had some issues getting mail at my new address. We just moved from Long Beach to Anaheim. It looks like it's resolved now and the staff was helpful.

Clearly the Supervisor Melissa is keeping that location above water. She is very quick, efficient and knowledgeable. This place honestly deserves 2 stars, but your superstar Supervisor gives this location an additional 3! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Give that woman a raise. She has to deal with her own coworkers' attitudes and the general public!
