Every time I'm in there, I usually get ignored because the older woman is usually reprimanding the staff. She's the one who always makes every transaction so confusing.

I have had to use this location several times and have always had poor experiences with the customer service. An older woman "helped" me today with a return. It was supposed to be a "hassle free" return. Simply show your QR code and drop off the item. Her demeanor was very abrasive, rude and argumentative. Instead of listening to what I was trying to tell her, she kept cutting me off saying No, No, No. She basically forced me to buy a $3 plastic bag (they cost around 25 cents a piece) to process my return. Don't expect decent customer service at this location.

My first time at this location, I just needed to make a simple return, all packed & had label but no tape. The mixed race guy there today was so rude! He stated “ it’s my responsibility to package my item” I didn’t have any tape but all my items were packaged and all I needed was a piece of tape. Horrible tone and attitude. I will not be returning here that’s for sure.

Saiygan was incredible!!! I was totally that person with Amazon Returns and space cadet wasn't prepared for the new different shipping options. Saiygan was patient and able to set me up with the supplies needed to get everything taken care of. Will totally drive to this one over the one closer to me because of the customer service.

Came to UPS with a simple print job. It took three employees 50 min to print from a .png file. One employee would make progress and then abandon us to help someone else. We settled for single-sided prints instead of the double-sided we wanted, and the worst part -- we paid double. Will never return.

Supposed to be open at 9am on Saturdays... it's 10:01 and the computer "are just being started and will take another 15 minutes." Businesses should be ready to help customers at time of opening, not be over an hour late to open then loading their computers or still getting setup. Came back at 10:32 to finish. Disappointed with efficiency but the two employees were nice and gave my daughter a sticker.

I use this location for my Amazon returns. They have good custom service but they are soooooo slow! and afternoons are usually busy so just avoid going after 3:00.

Showed up just before 8 to drop off some prepaid packages because that's when they're supposed to be open. It is now 830, they are still not here. I don't know about this store and owner, but if you opened my store 30 minutes late, you wouldn't have a job or a franchise.

Came here to get copies made they had an old lady who said she didn't know how to use the copy machine. What a waste of time especially when I had court this morning and made me late. Don't ever come here if you expect to get copies made. Either teach your employees how to make copies off a usb drive! Thank you for ruining my day!

I went to this store to have something notarized, and the store clerk refused to do it. I had all the documents required. The individual was not trained appropriately on how to notarize at all. He claimed he could not sign because he was not trained on how to identify a real ID or Passport. I called a local notary who informed me they were wrong but since they were out of town they referred me elsewhere. I actually went to a UPS 3 miles away and that gentleman Randy was great. I explained the situation to him and he said that other employee at this store was wrong as well. Maybe it's just this location but I would recommend going anywhere but here for notary services.
