The young male name Erick was extremely helpful in locating my package and contacting the driver so I can pick up my package personally in that location. He was very informative with all the questions I had. I visited the location today, Tuesday 01/23/24, at 3 pm and left my package information with my phone number so he can call me. Just right now, Erick called me to inform me that the package is in the location ready to be picked up today before 8:30 or tomorrow. Thanks, Erick, for the call. Your excellent customer service and dedication to resolve my issue with my package. Your dedication to customer service helps individuals like me to be calm when an important package with a third attempt of not being delivered is about to be sent to sender ! That package had extremely importance to me. Thanks Erick

Received excellent customer service from Bryan yesterday! He was happy to help and extremely knowledgeable when it came to locating a lost package. This was a welcome relief from the extreme frustration I received from the complete LACK of support provided over email and phone! He was able to provide me with a printout where the package was last scanned and armed with that information I found my package this morning a few apartment buildings down from mine.

These HORRENDOUS drivers mistaken my $1500 package with another package and now they don’t even know where to find it. Requested to pick up the thing on same day and they had 7 hours to sort things right and they still failed it. Ended up wasting my time waiting. Last time they lost my $1000 item for a whole month and I had to call every single day just to push them to locate where it was, and now this. I wish I could sue this company for how ignorant it is. Never had such experience with FedEx.

If there is no star, I will give no star. UPS promised a pickup, but it never happens. There is no message or tracking information about the delay. You know what happens only if you contact UPS. Then, when you call customer service, they will tell you it will be another day. And therefore, I have to wait for another day to let them do the pickup. Their time is important, so am I.Lesson learned -- use Federal Express from now on

Driver said my house was vacant so he decided to return my package to sender. No notice, no contact at all. My house is under remodeling and my contractor parked his car in front of garage. How come it's vacant? Is my contractor ghost? Called UPS customer service, the lady said she will put request to local facility to re-deliver my package today, BUT, today the tracking shows the package has been sending back to shipper. Wonderful, the worst experience ever! UPS, you could do better.

Driver took my package back to the facility because he thought the front door was closed. DRIVER was too lazy to get off the truck and check the door. Now I can't pick up my package because have to work and they open at 2:00pm from 6:00pmBad service!

The women I spoke to here for help was not confident or knowledgeable with her position or company procedures. I was placed on hold often or when she answered a question, it was not clear or it was a short vague answer and I often had to ask her to repeat herself.

in their website it said it could print mobile shipping labels that was exactly what I needed. then I went there but was told it couldn't be done and asked to go to a ups store. misleading information costed me a trip.

Terrible, they refused delivery without ever sending. The package was flagged urgent red flag as it was medication. They then proceeded to ship it back to a several year old address. I mentioned it several times how urgent this was. They never even bothered to send a note back or call

The driver made one attempt to deliver my package and left a note that he would try again. He did not. There was no information about where my package was on the note, no tracking number or phone number, so I had to call customer service for the company that I made my purchase from. After 1 week of tracking it down I finally was able to get my package. It took all of 3 minutes to pick it up at the facility. Frustrated that the driver made me jump through so many hoops

business hours are not convenient ... when i requested a package hold i had no idea how hard it would be to pick it up... and I paid extra for that "service"

Wrong hours listed, several people outside wasted time coming here when they are closed until 2PM. No updates about packages arriving. Would highly not recommend.I just wanted to add that after I spent several hours tracking down my package (with no call back after 4 calls to this store where the automated response they will call you back within 1 hour - it's been over 24 hours) the guy that actually walked to the back to get the package had the audacity to tell me "it's lucky you came in today otherwise we would have sent it back" even though this store had never marked it as delivered and I only got the emails that it had arrived after I gave him the shipping code and he scanned it into their system.
