This place is awful. They try and nickel and dime you for everything. I had an Amazon return that Amazon said I didn’t need a box for and they tried to upsell me on a box and refused to take it. I got a box and brought it back but asked if I could use some packaging tape and they said no they don’t do that that I’d have to buy a rolll of tape. I’ll never shop anything here again. Stop being penny wise and pound foolish.

This place is garbage. They charged me $2 for a strip of tape. The clerk said that if I paid for shipping through them then it would be free. Someone paid UPS for shipping. I don't care if it wasn't at that store or not. They are always rude here. They always find a reason to charge me $2 even though everything is paid for already.

the UPS store at 8285 Santa Ana Canyon Rd, Ste 135 is the best UPS store ever! They are so friendly & kind it’s a pleasure to go in there. Every person has been helpful & over the top customer service oriented. I go out of my way to take my packages in there for returns & they have helped me find the right box for items that are difficult to package. I would recommend this store! ( the only drawback to this location is that it is located behind the Starbucks - drive up & access is difficult when the center is busy or the drive up line of cars is blocking access to the businesses behind them.

I've been dropping off my Amazon returns here without issue for a while now. Until today. I brought in two boxes. I brought them to the counter and was told by a young man that they couldn't take them unless they were taped. He then offered to sell me tape. I tentatively agreed thinking it'd be like a $1 fee for him to tape them up, but he directed me to the rolls of tape they had on the wall. I want going to buy an overpriced roll of of principle. I walked out saying I'd be back. I went home and put two small pieces of tape on them maybe 2 ft of tape total and then went back. Luckily I ran into a different cashier when I got back because I would've bit his head off. Worst customer service I've had in a while. Reading the reviews it sounds like this is a pattern at this store.

This is my 2nd time come back for returning my same package, first time the guy told me they went out the Wi-Fi, can’t scan the code from my phone, So I went to drop of my return package today! my order return label instruction show if not printer I can go to any ups store and get free offer print for it, but this store the lady want to charge me $3 on return label printing?! this is ridiculous if their company chose to work with Temu same as Amazon, offer free return label print is very common, I went to a lot of ups place which they always offer free print for whatever they said so on the return label instruction, I explained to her and trying to show her what my return label instruction said, she looks cold and not care about what it said on my return label offer, she kept repeating $3 for that requested, as ups brand store should kept what you agreed to work with these companies for offer free print return label, if you are not offering this service, then company won’t show up for their customer to go to your place! you trying to charge return label printing fee from consumer, and on another side you also get paid for return service from the company! this is not right! She told me they don’t get any paid from these companies for offer return service location? This is no ture! ! Just like Amazon offer free return with customer, but Amazon will pay back return service for these ups as well as fedex work with, Don’t get me wrong! Shame on you for not offer free return label printing service if you agree with these companies to offer free, you charge customer behind those companies! Small business mind!

I've written two reviews in my life. The first one was commending a business for their great customer service, and now this one for exactly the opposite reason. On 7/28/23, my family and I walked in for notary services just after 1 pm. There was a lady and a man behind the counter. The lady told us that the person who provided those specific services had just gone to lunch. She told us to come back in an hour. My wife then asked her how late does that person work? and the lady replied that until 3:30. We were on a time constraint. We went home and came back in an hour, about 2:12 pm. When we came back, the same lady told us to come back at 3:30 because the notary person wasn't there. I told her how could that be if she had told us something different. She said that we could either come back at 3:30 or she could "send" me to a different store. I told her that she was not going to send me anywhere. I also told her that she shouldn't lie to people because it is inconsiderate to waste someone's time. She got defensive and raised her voice and told me if I didn't like it, I could leave. This is now the second similar interaction with that same lady. She is extremely rude, disrespectful, and condescending. To the owner: please inform your employee that she is in the customer service industry. There are other businesses, and you will earn patronage through the positive interaction with your customers. I don't believe that the customer is always right. But, I do believe that people who are showing respect deserve to be shown respect. I will now change where I get those services, and I hope that lady changes her attitude or it will reflect negatively on the bottom line.

I went into the UPS store today with multipleReturns. I had one I was unsure of but Miranda was so helpful it was to the post office and she handled everything and even advise me to take a picture to track my item. Miranda a big thank you for your help and professionalism.

If you plan to go to that place, remember to seal your box yourself because they don't have tape available for "personal use." You will need to buy tape for sealing your box. While I understand their intention to generate more revenue, this method is not the right approach.
