I got in line at the check-out and the UPS shipper recognized that I needed to ship and called me over. Janell scanned my pre-labeled UPS package. She got my email from me for confirmation purposes. The process was quick and efficient.

I came at the store at 9:55 exactly I had to send something to my mom the lady was unprofessional and being rude with me I was talking to her and she didn’t answer anything and then she looked at me and didn’t say anything so my partner was there with me and he repeat everything what I just said and she answer with a bad attitude , if u r looking for help don’t come here.

Came asking for help on my package that has been delayed for quite some time already. Spoke to the manager to see if she could help me. I told her my concerns and if she could help me. Gave me this number that I have tried calling over and over again. She said they aren’t able to help me after not even trying. I told her I tried everything she suggested already. She seemed really lazy and unprofessional. Don’t recommend you coming to the place if you need any help.
