What's not to like it was super easy to make an online reservation truck was waiting for me when I got there and it was a newer model beautiful everything was simple no extra charges or anything, we will definitely be using this location again.

Do not go to the storage unit. I had my household items in the storage unit for six months and paid for insurance on top of the monthly rental. When we first went there it was clean we’ve been fighting rodents, rats, and mice and roaches throughout the whole facility, I fogged the roaches to kill them. There’s mouse or rat traps inside the facility but they’re not working rodent feces everywhere for four months fighting it, I try to do the insurance claim on the damage that they’ve caused and was unable to do the insurance claim due to the fact that I did not have receipts for every single item that was in the facility pictures do not count they did not approve the pictures. They want me to show proof of purchase of every single clothing item that was chewed up and peed on and TV, receipts air fryer receipts anything I owned they want receipts , I don’t have receipts for everythingThey only reimbursed me for one month of rental out of six months

My recent encounter at the U-Haul branch, just 20 minutes before their scheduled closing, turned into a tiresome ordeal due to an unexpected and time-consuming truck and trailer check-up policy. Adding to the inconvenience, the employees present weren't wearing their badges, rendering them unidentifiable for addressing the issues faced. Having rented a trailer the day before, I assumed a quick pick-up, considering I had communicated all necessary details about the equipment I needed. However, I was met with an unexpected 15-minute check-up protocol for the truck and trailer I had reserved. Despite assuring the staff that I had all the required equipment and that everything was in order from my end, the check-up process was insisted upon, causing an unnecessary delay. This not only contradicted my prior assurance but also disrupted my planned schedule significantly. Unfortunately, the inefficiency of the check-up process led to a situation where I couldn't secure the trailer I urgently needed. The time taken for this procedure, coupled with the imminent closing time, left me without the necessary equipment, despite having arranged everything in advance. Adding to the frustration was the fact that the employees were not wearing their badges, making it impossible for me to address or refer to them personally in this review. (Dec, 14th evening) This experience highlights a concerning lack of flexibility and adaptability to customer needs, especially so close to closing time. The inefficiency of the check-up process, contrary to prior communication, severely impacted my plans and left me without the required trailer. I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider relying on this U-Haul branch, especially if time is a crucial factor. The absence of employee identification and rigid protocols may hinder your plans, just as it did mine.

These guys in morning shift Saturdays ! They are in really bad attitude ,they are not happy working in U-Haul! Since you enter to the place , you can notices their faces looking mad in their jobs and not nice

If you renting here make sure to set up the return the max hour for the price of the day. Because I was end up charged two days since I used only one day. Just because they set on my contract that I was picking up by 10am and returning by 3pm and I returned by 7pm. And they told me that I could return until 7pm which was the store close hours. But didn’t mention that I would pay more.If they had put on my contract that I would return by 7pm I would pay just one day. This just sounds a way to overcharge the customer.So careful or you will pay double like me.I just hope that they tell the customer.

Extremely rude workers! I came into purchase some large tv boxes for my move, not one single worker greeted or acknowledged me. I asked a question about if they contained the sizes I was looking for, both of the guys at the counter gave me a repulsive look as if how dare I even speak to them! Needless to say I found what I was looking for on my own, with no assistance from them. I went to the counter to pay for my purchases they stood there for what seemed like an eternity scrolling on their cellphones while i stood there dumbfounded waiting to pay for my boxes. I didn’t even bother asking them for help carrying them outside although I really did need help. I had to take one box out at a time and keep coming back in until I got all of my items. Had I not been in a rush I would have just walked out after the vibe I immediately got entering that place. I absolutely hated the fact that I gave them my money. DON’T GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS, they’re pathetic!!!

I only went there to buy boxes in Anaheim. Nobody was in the offices for about five minutes. The sell good boxes in a variety of sizes, plus tape etc.

Had to get road side assistance. I explained that I was in an area that had very poor reception so I made sure to give my exact location and reminded them they I might now get a call if they tried to reach me if they were to call before showing up. I told the dispatcher that I was also not in much of a hurry so we scheduled a service provider to show up at 8am. The driver apparently tried to reach me then didn't show up cause I wasn't contacted. So I had to call roadside and have someone else dispatched to my location. This required me going to a place that was not close to where I needed to be for the day to make the call. Again I was told someone would come out. Finally I got someone to check the trailer out and ultimately tow it away with the understanding that I'd be getting one returned. Later I received a call from the person who picked up that trailer who I formed me that he would only be dropping the trailer off and was told that I would have to drive more than an hour from where I was spending the weekend with friends and family to sign a new contract and get a different to pull back with me. I spent the next 6 hours dealing with dropped calls, being transfered all over, and missing out on time with my family and friends because I had to stay in a spot when I had phone service. Now dealing with a battery on my phone that was about to die I'm sitting there waiting for a call back to confirm a trailer being delivered to my location would be successfully dropped off. Since there were no trailers in the area that fit my needs and U-Hauls availability I had to settle for a smaller trailer when meant I had to then load a lot more things in the bed of my truck than I wanted to in order to feel safe. Lastly after I finally drop the trailer off I then get a call from the dealership asking me where their trailer was. Contact your roadside team. This completely ruined my planned vacation and turned the majority of my time into work. I want my time back. I want my money back. This entire experience was terrible.

So I made a reservation over the phone (it was thru the u-haul call center(call center was horrible too) not the location). I arrive at this location to pick up the trailer, I realize that it was the wrong one I wanted so I let the staff know and he didn’t try to assist me at all. I left and went on the app toRebook and it tookMe back toThe same spot! Just wasted 30 minutes!!! Then when I was returning, different staff member passes me (as I enter the rental area ) doesn’t say hello and walks pasts me and when I get to the desk, no one is there so I go back to my car and the staff who past me wordlessly says, “you are returning this?” No kidding Sherlock! I came in to buy a Candy! These people need some re-training hours
