This place has the worst customer service ever. He yelled at me over the phone and was very rude. I was trying out a new spot so I called. He said he did have the patientsI even said “why you yelling? you need to work on your customer service.” I’ll never go there and I don’t recommend it.

One of the worst experiences I had with u haul especially at this location, the owner or the manager at this place is a complete crook! He charged me a $110 and than charged me for what I needed the truck for and charged me 84 dollars for fuel? They basically gave me the truck empty so I did what your supposed to is return it the way they gave it to me I didn’t sign or agree to any of these charges except the one that I am aware of. Seriously joe you think your smart but don’t you worry this will be all disputed!

Have you ever rented a vehicle without the employee scaring you into buying insurance? For the first time, I experienced no such scare-tactics here. I was going to be late for my reservation, so I called them, and they pushed back time without any hassle. When I got there, I was not upsold on anything. No hidden fees. A great experience.

Just called to search for a trailer. There is no trailers available as people move out of California and no one coming in. The gentleman I spoke with went above and beyond to look for an availability. Even though I wasn't able to secure a trailer, I really appreciate him searching. Thank you so much!

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. Literally the worst U-haul contractor and person in customer service I have ever dealt with. Avoid this place!I scheduled a truck for pick up at 9am. We get here, wait until 9:15 and it's still not open. So we call the number and the guy who works here says he's going to be late and that he JUST left his house. Then, he says we can use the U-haul app to pick up the truck. If i wanted to use the app for pick up, I would have done that. I wouldn't have selected to pick up at the counter and come during business hours to pick it up. The whole reason why I selected to do counter pick up was so I could get help if I needed it. Also, the app doesn't let you select mobile pick up if you selected counter pick up when scheduling your truck. However, this guy is adamant that we should be able to pick up through the mobile app. Turns out I should've just done app pick up because this guy is more useless than an app. He finally shows up at 9:40 and doesn't even apologize to the 5 people who had been waiting since 9am to pick up their truck rentals. No sorry I ran late or sorry you had to wait. Nothing. Then, we finally get tot he counter and give him all of our information and he says the system isn't working when he tries to check us out. But it works for the other person who was in line behind me. Then he says "maybe it's this issue or that". And he can't even give a straight answer as to why it's not working. He eventually says it's not working because my cousin's (who was the primary driver) license wouldn't go through and that he asked for a different license. Never once did he ask us for a different license. When we told him we'd been using my cousin's license the entire time, he said he didn't know we were using the same one because we all LOOKED THE SAME. At that point, I was extremely angry. Me and my two cousins who were with me don't looking anything alike. Sure, all 3 of us are Indian but you really can't tell us apart after we've been talking to you for over an hour?! Also, my roommate who was with us is Chinese! He seriously thought we all looked the same and was making up excuses for why he couldn't do his job? Then, we call customer service and they tell us the reason it's not working is because we're trying to check out an entire HOUR AFTER OUR CHECK OUT TIME. She told us it won't go through because once you pass your check out time by an hour, the system won't process it and you'll have to pick a new pick up time. It was 10:30 at this point so she changed our reservation pick up time to 10:30. So we go back inside. At this point, we're all very frustrated. He tells us if we're going to be rude to him, he doesn't have to rent to us. And I'm thinking we're being rude to you? After you: 1. Came in so late we missed our check out time. Didn't apologize or express ant remorse for making us wait outside 2. You helped other people first when they came in after us 3. You couldn't figure out what the issue was so you kept blaming us for giving you the wrong info and driver license4. Made racist and rude remarks claiming we all looked the same and you couldn't tell who's license we were providing because you can't tell us apart (also, why would we provide any other license besides the one for our primary driver??) Anyway, after the customer service lady on the phone changed our pick up time to 10:30, the check out finally worked. Guess what? There were no issues with the license or information we were giving him which he claimed was the problem. Finally, we were able to get the truck and make our move but we were 2 hours behind schedule. I contacted U-haul customer service the following week to place a complain and they initially offered to give me a $25 uhaul gift card, which I declined. I was eventually put in contact with the area field manager who was able to refund half of my payment. It would&am
