DO NOT STAY IF YOU HAVE ASTHMA OR ALLERGIES.
We stayed with a high status member just in a different suite. They gave her the better semi cleaner suite and us the trashy suite that felt worse than a flea bag motel. Our length of stay was 5 days. Upon entering the suite, it smelled moldy and dusty. I turned off the A/C because it smelled like it was coming from them. I went to crack open the window, and their were holes in the screen some screens were small, and others were giant, so spiders and other bugs would be able to get in. However, we started to realize that wouldn't really matter cause the door had a 3 inch gap at the bottom of it (forgot to take a photo). I didn't feel comfortable drinking the water because I was confident anything was clean or working properly to even be safe to drink. The water pressure and shower, in general, struggled to give any water or stay on consistently. Additionally, the knob to the shower was broken and hanging off.
It doesn't end there, folks, and it only gets worse. On the third day of our stay, we noticed that not only did housekeeping half ass their job and barely restocked anything they just made our beds, and that was it. That was also the day I saw small bugs jumping around the bed. Unfortunately, each day, we stayed, and my allergies were getting worse that my meds were not working anymore.
I also thought if I kept everything on hard surfaces, then bugs would get on our stuff. As I was packing mine and my kids' stuff, a big roach jumped ran out from under my daughters asthma inhaler holder. I immediately became unsettled, and I realized that the reason housekeeping blasts the A/C on freezing is to keep the roaches away.
Unfortunately, because of the dust and potential mold inside the unit. I couldn't risk my 7 year old daughter or I sleeping in a room blast those pores all night. They ended up sleeping in their grandma's room. I, however, woke up each morning struggling to breathe. Oh, and additional the bed in the suite we stayed in was so old that we could feel the springs, and my husband and I kept rolling into each other. My husband is a disabled veteran with back pain, and you can imagine how he felt every morning. The couch wasn't any better in fact very disgusting outside with some weird brown or red stain and mold and old bedding in the pull out bed.
The last negative thing I'll just add is that my mother in law found dried blood on one of her pillows on the side she didn't use.
Now, for the only positive of this hotel is the free breakfast has a bunch of options, and they always keep it stocked.
I wouldn't recommend this place at all unless you are planning to be drunk alot of your stay, and then it probably won't bother you at all. There is so much more that I left out in this review.

Booked a 3 night stay, but only stayed for 1. The front desk manager and staff were very professional and accommodating.
The room: Old, in desperate need of overall repair. Carpets were ripped and the bathroom shower head barely had water pressure.
The worst part: the strong odor of MOLD throughout the room. It appeared to come from the AC units. After 1 night, we developed piercing headaches which is why we cancelled the booking.
The front desk offered a different room, but upon inspection, it was the same as the original room booked.
We ended up working with Marriott Corporate and they accommodated us with a different hotel in the area for the duration of our stay.
I like the Marriott Brand, but NOT this hotel.
Rooms: See overall review.
Noteworthy details: Property has plans to renovate the hotel. This hotel should NOT be accepting reservations. Not a healthy place to stay.

Rooms are clean, but tired. They did have plans to renovate in the lobby, so that will likely improve soon. Room has a small kitchen including small oven, light furnishings. Free hot breakfast. Lots of options. Walking distance to several restaurants, Angels stadium, the Grove.

I stayed here for 3 days to watch an Angels game.
It's in a great location, about 5 minutes walk to the stadium.
I also recommend it for people who are traveling by rental car, and I'm very happy that parking is free.
Wi-Fi is also available for free.
It may have been a coincidence, but the plane from Japan arrived at Los Angeles Airport just after 5am, and from there I drove to the hotel and arrived around 9:30am. I was very grateful to be able to check in.
Breakfast was included free of charge and was delicious.
There are 4 or 5 restaurants nearby, and they open there even after watching a night game, so I took it out and ate it at the hotel.
Anaheim is different from the Dodgers' downtown, it's safe, the people are nice, the city is clean, and it's a wonderful city.

You stay in a place like this because you expect excellent service, We wanted to get away and relax and not have to make her own bed.
We had Mb Service for three days, Our room was left Every day. They did not make the bed they did not vacuum. They didn’t even as much as give us fresh towels.
Ever since Covid establishments like this are trying to still take advantage I decreasing Service to put more money in their pocket.
This was extremely disappointing

Came here on a business trip, and stayed for three nights. The good-
1. The staff were always super helpful, great to talk with and efficient. They got me a room super early which was fantastic as it had been an early flight and I could get into a room sooner.
2. The location, walking distance (or short Uber) to the conference center, stadium and lots of restaurants.
Now the bad, unfortunately the best way to sum up the room was similar to a run down married student housing at a university.
1. It was dirty. The floors had dirt in corners, the walls had stains, and the sheets and mattresses were stained.
2. It was dingy and dark, the color of the walls needs refreshed, and the lights need replaced to better illuminate the space.
3. It is in serious need of a refresh, the carpets are fraying, the kitchen was very out of date, the furniture looked like something you would see in a far different type of hotel or thrift store. The paint was peeling and caulking was also pulling up in the bathroom. The AC units barely functioned and smelled awful (more on that in a minute…). Everything about this hotel screamed for a remodel.
4. Definitely the worst thing of all…. Was the smell. It was awful. I had to shut off one ac because there was what looked to be mold growing on it. I then opened the windows, and turned on the bathroom vent. I left the room for a while and it was barely better. If the other hotels in the area hadn’t been booked I would have left immediately, as everything else was booked I spent as little time in the room as possible as frankly I was nervous about what I was breathing in. Please replace the ac units or at least clean them!
I wouldn’t stay here again, and I feel the management is letting down what could be an exceptional experience/location. Again the staff was great, but the hotel itself makes me never want to stay there again. Please refresh this hotel and make it a proper Marriott again.

Our stay here was a huge disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
Josh at check-in was great—efficient and professional—but the room was a disaster. The condition was awful: the sofa was damaged, the ottoman stained, and the furniture and appliances were old and neglected. The room had a bad odor that didn’t go away, even with the window open. Worst of all, there were brown stains on the walls near the entryway—unacceptable for any hotel, especially one under the Marriott brand.
I reached out to the General Manager by email about these issues and received no response. This is not the quality I expected when booking, and it’s too bad that poor maintenance and a lack of communication are allowed. I hope management takes this feedback to heart because this stay was below any reasonable standard.

Rooms are pretty beat up. Crews used leaf blowers for an hour at 2am in parking lot next door. Service team tried to make up for these

Old rooms and very used. Font Desk staff were great but Marriott quality I think not.The rooms do offer a kitchenette which is nice but they're are so many nice places to stay around Anaheim that I would not stay here again..

I recently stayed at this hotel with a few friends when we went to an Anaheim ducks game. The hotel is a little dated and there is nothing too special about it. But it was a good, affordable room that provided a clean place to sleep after the game. It is walking distance to both Honda Center and Angel Stadium! This location also provided a pool/hot tub and BBQ area for our group to use before the game. A basic breakfast is also served in the lobby each morning. I recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay after a game. Can’t beat the price in that area!

Great location for Angels stadium for Supercross and easy fast trip to Disneyland and the Anaheim Packing District! BUT the rooms are very dated and dirty. The room has dirt on the ceiling, stickers on the tv, and almost everything was peel off the wall like baseboard and the toilet seat was peeling. We only stayed here because of the convenience of what we were doing this trip.Nearby activities: Walking distance to Angel Stadium so you don’t have to pay the $50 for parking.

I have been staying at this hotel exclusively for 12 years when I am in town for work. Well over 100 nights in those 12 years. I am a lifetime platinum Marriott member and have over 2000 nights stayed in those 12 years, I have NEVER been treated so unprofessionally as I was just treated tonight. This is my THIRD issue with the SAME employee on the night shift. I had to call the front desk because an alarm was going off in the maintenance room that can be heard on the other side of the building. After about 20 rings (she was probably on her phone like she always is) I stated an alarm was going off and she said she would get maintenance to take a look and just hung up on me. no thank you for letting me know or an apology. 30 minutes later, I had to walk down to the desk and of course she was on her phone again, and I had to ask her what the eta was for maintenance. I ended up having to move my room at 8 at night because they couldn't shut off the alarm. No apology whatsoever. Then an hour later, I realized I left my charger in the old room and she made me wait for an escort....(the alarm was off when I got my charger) Since this is the THIRD and FINAL time I've had an issue with this person, I will no longer be staying at this hotel. She single handedly tainted the Marriott name with this visit for the LAST time. I will also be contacting Marriott corporate and the district manager about my experience .
