I had Matt do a tattoo for me awhile back and I don't like it. I sent him over some reference images and he set up an appointment about a month out. Day of I come in to look at what he drew up, and I should've expressed my desire to have it differently. He made a few adjustments so I felt I was happy with it at the time. He did do a good job with shading/lines etc. I do not fault him for this.
What upsets me is not responding with my requests to fix or alter it. The artist has no obligation to do so, but I have expressed my concerns and he responded that he would be back in the beginning of April and we could work on something then. I have messaged a few times, even requesting he just let me know if he is uninterested so I can look elsewhere, as I'd prefer to have the original artist alter it so it doesn't look weird.
I don't necessarily fault him for the work, as what he came up with is different from what I had imagined. What does bother me is it's been 2 months now since he responded, when he could just respond to let me know he is unable to assist me.

I’ve been getting tattooed by Kyle for more than 10 years now. He’s usually booked out weeks (sometimes months!) in advance, but always well worth the wait. He’s truly the best in the biz!

I am in town for a book convention and wanted to commemorate my trip and love of books with a tattoo. Justin went above and beyond my expectations. He was patient when we were figuring out the design (he also recommended some amazing food places in the area), and I am blown away with how happy I am with it! Sunflowers are my favorite flowers, and I love how they were incorporated. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

My wife and I decided to commemorate our first trip to California and our subsequent adventures with her getting a lovely tattoo.Having had some unpleasant experiences years ago at a shop in Florida, my wife was initially nervous about getting her second tattoo, but rest assured the folks at Torch Tattoos eased any feelings of discomfort or stress. I recently got my first tattoo ever here at Torch Tattoo with Griffen. I am EXTREMELY happy with the work I had done. His communication was timely and professional, but the work was honestly so damn good. Great first timer experience and definitely cannot wait for him to do another piece on me. Thank you.

I contacted Gus about tattooing a design I'd had made in memory of my daughter who I lost in May. I wanted to get the tattoo on her birthday and Gus made it happen. He took the original design, put his spin on it to make it more tattoo friendly and created a beautiful piece. It turned out even better than I hoped. He was friendly, professional and I can't thank him enough for turning the design into a gorgeous remembrance of my daughter.

Beam was the best!.! Light hand not that talkative, the stencil was cute for what i asked for he kept it simple. Wonderful experience looking forward to get another to finish my lower leg.

Crawford is such a good artist! He's done 4 of my tattoos and I will continue to go to him for all the rest. I'm always satisfied with his work and you can see his love for tattooing in his work. High recommend him and a big plus is he's very clean and sanitizes all his areas.

Had an awesome experience with Griffen. Two sessions for a big chest piece and one touch up. His attention to detail was top notch. Highly recommend. Shop experience was great as well. Clean and friendly.
