I made an order from this company online. They sent toner that would not work in my printer. They blamed it on me, and when I did finally return the toner they kept my money. Worst possible customer service on the planet. Buyer beware. DO NOT ORDER from this company!

I ordered some toner cartridges and they arrived next day, which was sooner than expected. Also, the prices were much better than the competition and it saved me some money. I will definitely buy from them again.

I started ordering from this company a few years ago and was very happy with the price and was able to get my toner in 2 to 3 days without paying for extra shipping. My last 2 orders have taken a week to get to me and I paid for three day shipping on my last order and still took week to receive. Going to look somewhere else.

My organization has ordered toner from them countless times. Their pricing is great and the coupon codes make the deals even better. When we've had compatibility issues they were quick to make it right. Would recommend and will continue to utilize.

I ordered an ink cartridge that my printer didn't recognize. The cartridge was over $125. I called and the woman on the phone told me that I had ordered the wrong cartridge, though their site said it would work with my printer. She thought this was quite funny and actually chuckled. When I asked her about exchanging it she refused and said that since it had been opened there would be no refund even after I told her that I needed to order more cartridges. Again she was quite happy about delivering the news. Not too bright considering that I need 4 more cartridges at $125 a piece. Oh well. They just saved $125 and lost $500. Terrible customer service!

WARNING. I had to contact Ricoh due to a problem I am having and Ricoh WARNED me they are NOT a Ricoh Vendor and are selling non-legitimate Ricoh products. And their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. Even the owner would not stand behind his own company or service and so I am out $550+
