“I recently visited Motivate My Closet and was extremely pleased. This thrift store supports the company Clear Motivations which support individuals, youths and adults, with disabilities. As we entered, we were enthusiastically greeted by 4 employees and their leaders. We originally went into the store to look at computer monitors, but ended up buying other items as well. Kayla, the manager shadowed a worker named Matt and helped him complete our transaction. Her patience and motivation was refreshing to see. I recommend everyone to support this establishment. Way to go Kayla!”

“Had a great experience. Never shopped in a pawn shop before but the guy who helped me was amazing and answered all my questions and was fair at pricing. Would definitely recommend this place.”

“The Eli Home is amazing. I've only purchased clothes but it's generally always in good condition and at reasonable prices. I see that they have a lot of furniture that seems to be in great condition - I haven't had the need to purchase any but I'm sure when I do need some, I'll stop by The Eli Home first.”

“Very large secondhand store. Some mixed pricing in terms of low and high prices, but also some nice items at decent prices. Lots of clothes and home goods items. As mentioned in other reviews, this is a cash only business. Items have not been cleaned, so wear gloves.”

“I found some items a bit dirty collecting dust on the shelves. They should clean that sometimes to avoid that. Other than that everything good there. You can find some very good items with good conditions. The employees are very friendly.”

“Dropped by here in May 2021 as we were looking for a thrift store. This place came up and we decided to stop in. The place is larger then it looks from the outside. Lots of items and the prices were relatively good. Would stop here again if we are in the area.”

“My first time here and found so many Disneyland Parks items and a beige colored Original Crocs for $2.99! I can see why so many people go thrifting, it’s exciting when you find treasures for these prices. Overall their layout is pretty organized, clean, and spacious. Steve the cashier was very nice and friendly. Will come back”

“The Salvation Army has been saving lives for over 150 years. When you donate at this Warehouse location, you'll see men who are making the effort to save their souls and change their lives! Men getting off meth and women getting off alcohol. This isn't a joke, not happy talk and hugs. This is the real deal. The folks that have survived the hardest of times, the most harrowing of bad trips, living in parks, losing support of their families, the folks you thought were too far gone, the ones who had lost all hope! When you have nothing left, failed multiple times because of the disease of addition, have no money let alone health insurance .... this is where go come to try and get straight -- or where the Court sends you when you've f***ed up for the last time and looking at years in prison. Nobody else going to take you. Only the Salvation Army. Surrender all your warped ways and find another way through Faith in God. This isn't Malibu and these aren't celebrities. These are American heroes coming down off their drug of choice, sober for some brief period, momentarily sober, who walk through those doors, men and women with a glint in their eyes, grinding their teeth, with few belongings left in this world, maybe just one f***ing last hope to get that monkey off their back. This ain't no joke. It's here, or the streets, or incarceration maybe. The Anaheim Rehabilitation Center isn't a month long "try to skate through" program. This is a 6 month spiritual boot camp! Army boot camp ain't this tough and it's only half as long. A lot of stress working that Warehouse and unloading 45' trailers jammed with hundreds of plastic bags filled with random donations, furniture, couches etc, that have to be sorted, cleaned, priced, and shipped back out to stock all the stores in Orange County. If struggling men and women, young and old, can make it here.... they can be on the real road to recovery. Back to being responsible adults, dads, moms, brothers sisters reliable friends. Miracles happen here. Not with everyone that's for sure. The door is open for 6 months if you can't hang or get into trouble while you're on this "healthcare facility." It's a safe place, with 3 hots and a cot. A team that will support you as they challenge you. This ain't easy -- but what's the alternative? Play the tape -- where's it gonna take you? It's never too late to start a Plan of Action! You can do this friends. In memory of my friend, mentor, and brother ... Ron B. He's been promoted to glory.”

“Pretty cool place. I'm not a Disney fanatic, but I can appreciate this place. They have a lot of clothing and small plush figures. I found a 1987 collectible mickey in a box it was only $10.”
