I would easily have given a “10” (or 11!), but I prefer to keep Randy’s UPS Store “my little secret” to keep the lines short! Always excellent service in a post-Covid world that no longer consistently offers quality service.

Some of the nicest, friendliest staff I've ever seen at any UPS store (or any shipping/mailing shops for that matter). Randy (the man in charge) is wonderful: helpful, always smiling, helped my wife take care of notarizing some documents. Also, he is always helpful with all Amazon returns, shipping/packaging advice. I will always go there for my local business (super convenient, I live in the area). I hope they'll thrive at this location here.

This store is sooooo great! The owner is always friendly, informative, helpful, the door is always open so you don't have to struggle with getting your packages in the store, it's just a great experience EVERY time and believe me, I go there a lot!

I go out of my way for this store, even though the Starbucks customers make it a pain to get to. The store is clean and organized, the employees are all very friendly and helpful. It’s always very quick, I’m in and out. They are even nice to my kid when he’s with me. I really do go here, even when I’m running errands and closer to another location. It’s the employees. It’s worth it.

Wholeheartedly recommend and endorse this UPS Store#7450. Customer Service is exceptional, and both Melissa and Randy are just excellent. Even with complicated transactions, both Melissa and Randy always demonstrate full support and never loose patience. With a very positive attitude they go out of their way to help the customers. Both Melissa and Randy are truly assets to UPS. Hope UPS recognizes them for their outstanding customer service.
