Avoid this store at all costs. They claim that hotel security handles the packages so they have to charge a $10 fee per drop-off package. So if you pay UPS for shipping, print and apply the label and then try to drop it off at this location the location will add a $10 fee to be allowed to drop it off here.

They add so many fees it's not really a UPS... Make sure to ask for a quote before you pay 3x UPS standard.

They charge you an outrageous handling fee to drop off packages. UPS needs to address this!
