The Prestige Companies Upholstery is AWESOME. They are professional friendly and great service with reasonable prices. They got my Lexus leather seat repair done perfectly and I'm very happy with the result. Eric and Matthew were very courteous, efficient and helpful. Jobs were done on time and hassle free. I definitely recommend coming here for leather seats stitching, reconditioning and upholstery.

I had my seats reupholstered here 9 years ago and it was great work. As such, I came back to get new leather seats for my new car a few months ago. Unfortunately the work this time around was not the best. The leather covers were ill fitted especially on the driver seat. There were wrinkles in certain areas. I pointed them out to Matthew. He told me the wrinkles will smooth out after a few days. However that was not the case, I took some photos and sent them to Matthew. He asked me to bring the car in so his crew can fix it. When I picked up the car, I was informed some of the wrinkles couldn't be fixed even after adding extra padding. I just have to accept it. Two months later, the backseat has the same issue. They should have done better inspection of their own work before allowing customers to pick up the car the first time. I see the wrinkles every day and it's really an eyesore. I am disappointed with the quality of their work.

Matthew was a pleasure to work with. He is very detail-oriented and helped walk me through the process of the convertible top replacement. He is very knowledgeable and very accurate in his estimation of both price and delivery. He was open about how the insurance process goes and was able to work with my insurance easily. My car was delivered a couple of days earlier than promised and the top looks amazing. If you have a Porsche 911 and need a new top...I recommend The Prestige Companies Auto Upholstery. Matthew will not steer you wrong. If I could give them 11 stars...I would! Thanks again Matthew!!!

I bought this car with a tear in the top and it was one of the only "repairs" i had ever done. After receiving it the fitment was off water would leak and soon after the top tore again. I was beyond upset but was constantly told there was no legal action i could take and simply to have it redone. So again i did my research and fortunately stumbled onto matthew and his team. As soon as I contacted him, he walked me through exactly what would be done and when i voiced my concern about the quality he assured me that he would personally oversee and complete the entire installation a-z. I have been to many mechanics body shops upholstery shops, and never once received service like i did with Prestige Auto. I was updated promptly as soon as there was one. Pickup and drop off were set around my schedule. And the quality again was top notch. I highly recommend checking Prestige auto out. Couldn't be happier. He even gave me a full breakdown of how to take care of the top and a free bottle of leather conditioner for my seats which i had been having an issue with as well. Great guys and great service. 10/10

This review is long overdue, but earlier this year I visited Prestige for leather repair on my Jeep. After Eric explained to me why it happened and what it would take to fix, including parts from the manufacturer, I realized it was out of my budget and thanked him for his time. Rather than moving on to paying work, of which there was plenty parked in his lot, he spent the next 15 minutes carefully explaining how I could attempt a DIY fix at home. I couldn't believe how kind and generous he was with his time AFTER learning I wouldn't become a customer! Other reviews can attest to the quality of their work, which sounds amazing, but I can tell you Eric and Matthew are just the type of good people you want to go to. Thanks again guys, my dash is looking much better!

The Prestige Company was able to fix my door panel on my 2013 911 Porsche where many other companies over the past several years were unable to! Eric was very professional, provided excellent timely service and extremely knowledgeable and took care of my problem. I highly recommend the Prestige Companies for any auto upholstery problems you have!

Wow! What a place, company, staff and ownership. The smile on my face with the quality of work that I have received from Eric, Matthew and their staff is beyond top notch. I had reached out to a couple of auto upholstery places and wanted a significantly higher amount to replace the headliner for my '12 VW GLI. I will just say, "others" were at least $200-300 more than Prestige. Prestige's interaction with their customers is respectful, thoughtful and engaging. Matthew takes his time to explain and not "oversell" you on repairs. I even witnessed how polite Matthew is with others waiting to be taken care of. When I picked up my vehicle this morning, I felt bad interrupting their lunch. Everyone needs to have time to eat :) However, Eric not only came out to greet me with Matthew, but engaged in a conversation with me. That is something unheard of these days. Their work is great, clean and professional, before and after video to follow. For someone that doesn't often refer businesses to friends and family, this is one I'll definitely refer and happily show their work. Thank you for the great work Eric, Matthew and Staff. Be proud!

In comparison to the 4 other auto upholsters that I contacted, they answered all my questions, were forth right, and presented all the opportunities to me for my Porsche dash repair. Their prices are in line with what others are charging, but it is clear that they want to match OEM/factory specifications and ensure 100% accuracy. Will be using them in the future.

When searching for headliner replacement or repair look no further that Prestige Auto upholstery. I initially spoke to Mathew by phone to get a quote and his professionalism and helpful suggestions helped guide me in achieving my interior goals and expectations. Their prices are great given the amount of detail and quality of work they accomplished. I am astounded by how premium my interior looks! The owner, Eric was also a pleasure to work with as he took his time to answer any additional questions I had and at no point did I feel like I was not a valued customer. One of my family members led me to this business as he had similar work done - I took my 2011 Cayman in for the typical headliner replacement that plagues these cars. Eric and Matthew were highly knowledgeable and directed me to the right replacement material immediately. I ended up going with the suede and couldn't be happier. They mentioned it would take 2 days but was done in 1. Honest business and owner. I was looking to also do my pillars as well and asked for a quote. Ended up not doing them because I felt like I didn't need it right now. Eric never tried to upsell me or force me to commit to it. He let me think about it and get back. All he does is recommend what he thinks is best for the car (and in his opinion, what should have come with the car in the first place) and you, as the customer. What more can you ask for? Pricing was more than fair and no games were played.
