I want to give a shout out to Tyler in the tech department . We are mature peeps that aren’t super savi on some of these things, Especially on the purchase of a pre paid phone for a friend. He was kind , respectful , patient and super helpful. We appreciate his amazing customer service!?

They’re charging extra for sweetener on the coffees, I’m not paying $7 for my regular $5.25 coffee. Bring your own sweetener to the Starbucks ? . Customer service at the customer service counter is pretty bad, there’s a guy that has longer hair that just doesn’t even acknowledge you. I went to get a pickup order and he was putting tags on clothes, I was just standing there waiting for him to greet me or let me know, someone would be right with me. NOTHING! He then started to talk with one of his coworkers that came from the back, so I’m thinking he’s going to help me ? passes by me and doesn’t even say anything either. At that point I had enough, interrupted their personal conversation that had nothing to do with work to ask if there was “anyone” that could help me? Then he said “I’ll help you right now” ? thank god I was the only one in line. After a few minutes more customers started to form in line, he went to go get my order and didn’t even say anything to them either! For the love of god at least say “I’ll be right with you” or “hello” it goes a long way!!!!

Every time I go to this Target, I get a super rude cashier. They all look miserable and are always super rude! They never smile and look like they want to be anywhere else but at the store . If you go to this Target , save yourself the migraine and do SELF CHECK OUT. The cashiers need naps or Redbulls or maybe some 5 htp pills to get them out of their misery !

This is my Second time in a row shopping at this location after MANY MANY YEARS. I choose to go in the line where a person helps me. Customer service is getting worse and worse each and every time. I asked about some LEVIS sizes . I asked for a 27. The woman told me LEVIS doesn’t come in that size. CLEARLY they do. Maybe Target doesn’t have them but she was more worried about RUSHING me through the line i refused to get the GIFT CARD of 100$ for my friend.
I will be shopping less and less here from RUDE customer service at THE CHECKOUT LINE.

This is my go to Target store and always has been. The drive up, pick up options have been great and very convenient. However, today I went into the store for a return and it was not pleasant experience. Usually showing my app that I purchased on would conveniently start the return process. Unfortunately I was unable to access passcode and log in. The customer service representative was very cold, not personable and having a bad day. Instead of working with me (the customer) to let me know what my options are to return my dress, she insisted I have to log in and use the bar code. After about 5 minutes and when I get kicked out of my account, she lets me know I have another option which is to use my target red card for the return. No smiles, no support, negative energy from this customer service rep, Serina. Customer service has declined tremendously in this store.

These sorry people at this store are awful. This store is selling items that are missing components and not complete in their packaging. Upon noticing this and attempting to return, instead one faces rude, discriminative, argumentative, and unaccommodating representatives. Target will be held accountable. Instead of resolving the issue they in return treat you lesser than human for a mistake on their end that they refuse to fix. Avoid!!!!

The pickup service was Awesome outside. The teenage employees are going the extra mile to figure out issues with our orders! Those employees working outside pick up Are Awesome!
