Juan the sales associate was such a great help on our phone we had an issue in as well as a great help on the new Galaxy phones as well.It was a pleasure dealing with him, he was knowledgeable and very helpful. So glad he helped us when we came into the store.!

We got the best customer service. Hisham, the store manager and Eric our sales consultant helped us through the process, advising and directing us toward our needs. Very professional and knowledgeable. TMobile has been wonderful for us the last 2 years and now to have such great customer service with the staff in the store makes you feel you are in the right place for your cell phone needs. Many thanks Hisham, appreciate all you did for us and appreciate Eric's follow through to make sure everything was up and running.

My girlfriend and I visited the Anaheim Hills T-Mobile store on 8/1/2023 around 6:45pm. Upon entering the store I noticed there were two employees, both assisting customers. One assisting a single lady, and the other with a family of 4. We proceeded to look at the phone that we wanted. After about 15 mins one of the employees came over and asked why we came in. I told him I wanted to upgrade my phone. He said he would be with us as soon as he was done helping the current customers. We proceeded to wait and watch both employees. We waited another 15 minutes while the two associates were still assisting the same customers. At this point 2 more customers entered the store and were ignored completely. 15 minutes later (45 mins of waiting) another customer entered the store and was also ignored and not greeted. At this point my girlfriend asked one of the associates how much longer it would be. They told her it was 7:30pm and they close at 8pm therefore they probably wouldn't be able to help us, but we were welcome to wait. When it came to 7:45pm we finally were fed up with no updates, and lack of service. We left the store and on our way out we advised the other customers, who were waiting and still hadn't been acknowledged of their presence, that they weren't going to be helped and should go somewhere else. We ended up going to Best Buy down the street to purchase a phone instead where we were promptly greeted and assisted immediately, it was amazing service. We were finished at Best Buy within 20 mins. The customer service at the Anaheim Hills T-Mobile store is some of the most unacceptable customer service I've ever experience. It was incredibly unprofessional.

iPhone 14 of $799.99 was bought at T-Mobile, Anaheim Hills, CA with 50% Trade-in Discount of $400 in December 2022. The store did not send my traded-in iPhone Plus to T-Mobile Company, and thus we have not gotten the discount credit of $400/24months=$16.66 per month. T-Mobile says the fault is the store who is responsible for not returning the traded-in iPhone. Thus, Numerous contacts have been made to the store owner, Jibraan Shoro, who finally promised to credit $10 every month in March 2023. But, instead of $400, only $10 was credited to my account on March 7. Disappointedly, Jibraan has been ignoring my repeated emails and text messages to his Cell.

I have visited this location several times and I must say everyone there has been very helpful to me. On my recent visit, Amit assisted me with my phone issues. I told him that I needed a new Sim card for my Samsung S21. I had a Note 8....(yes, I'm slow at updating my phones)Amit told me that they were the same size and should fit. I insisted that I needed a smaller card. Without any judgment...Amit inserted my Sim card easily into my S21.. I bow my head with shame!!! Amit was very knowledgeable and friendly. He didn't say I told you so! I appreciate him and the staff members for having priduct expertise. I'll be back once I get my next upgradw!

Have been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years. Went in today to see if I could get an upgrade on my phone since I was having trouble charging it. Was assisted by Amit and the manager Zibran who decided I could not use my phone as credit due to a tiny flaw in the right corner of the screen. After reviewing any deals T-Mobile was offering they came up with adding a new line and extra phone to my account as a buy one get one free special. Even though I didn’t need an extra line or an extra phone they convinced me it was the cheapest way to replace my phone. I was told by Zibran it would be a $27 addition to my monthly bill for the next 48 months. I would be receiving the IPhone 12 which was fine since I only use it for basic services.It was then given to Amit to finish up as Zibran decided to help another customer who came in. As we went thru setting up two new lines I asked about keeping my current number which they would have to do work around to change it after a new number was assigned. Even though was confusing I was trusting they would get it done. Had wait about 15 minutes for the safe to be available to check if they had the phones in stock. While waiting I was then informed I would need to pay $70 upfront as a one time fee to set up lines. I was never told about this upfront but agreed to pay in order to get it done. Once it was determined that they did have phones in stock Amit was doing paperwork and stopped to advise me my monthly charge would actually be north of $37 per month. I asked what happened to the original $27 and was given some excuse that I didn’t have the right account for the deal. I asked them if they had seen what type account I had when we started which they confirmed they did, so what changed? Was told by Zibran it was a mistake. It was very apparent Zibran could care less if I took it or not. I asked them to refund my $70 which they did and left. This has been an ongoing issue with this store as I have had problems before about bait and switch. I try to support my local businesses so I wanted to give them another chance but it is very apparent nothing has changed in this store. Clearly customer service is not a high priority.On a side note when I got home I checked about getting an IPhone 12 from T-mobile directly and it will be cheaper monthly charge than the deal they tried to sell me on. Talk about taking advantage of someone who doesn’t really know the ins and outs of the phone business. Even though it is a further drive I will be going to store in Orange to conduct my business moving forward.

This store used to be a 2-star place. The completely new staff here has changed it to be 5-stars. Amit was helpful, patient and friendly with dealing with my issues and getting it resolved ????

I was talked into buying a phone by a pushy salesman in December. I went in to get the contents of my old phone put into my deceased husband's newer phone so I could use that one. The salesman told me that for only $15 a month more than I'm already paying he could get me into a new phone. After the purchase and set up, he said that my first bill in January might be a bit more, but in February it will drop down to $115. He said if it's still higher in February, come in and I'll adjust it for you. Sure enough in January the bill was $117.98. After I also paid $117.98 in February, I went in to the store to have the " adjustment " made. The person I had dealt with before wasn't there. The salesman told me I am in fact getting charged exactly what I was supposed to get charged. He was not about to adjust anything. I told him it was dishonest for the other salesman to tell me my bill would only be $15 more when it's actually $18 more. He said that the other guy was just estimating. I SAY ITS BAD BUSINESS.

Juan helped me out yesterday with some issues I had porting a number over, but he was patient and jumped on a call with customer service to get the issue fixed with my new iPhone. I recently made the switch From Verizon to T-mobile so I'm happy Juan was able to get the issue figured out.
