This woman messed up my sister’s hair. It’s her first day of 8th grade tomorrow and she asked for just a small trim. She walked out with 50% less hair, and the stylist had the balls to argue with me about it! She didn’t even give us a discount, and refused to give me a phone number for management. I’m not usually someone who likes to make a big deal out of things, but this is seriously not okay. Would give them zero stars if I could.

Accepts walk in. Hairstylist was friendly and polite at the register. I asked for a simple haircut. Stylist lightly dampened my hair with some warer and quickly combed out any knots and tangles. Then proceeded to trim off 4-5 inches of my hair to an equal length for a nice shoulder length bob. Stylist asked for my final opinion before finishing. I would go back to maintain my hairstyle in the future.
