This room was not as clean as one room is expected to be. There were spider webs on the ceiling lights. Killed a couple bugs in the room as we stayed in the first floor. The walls and cabinets could use a good cleaning too. The one we stayed in had a clear oil handprint that was never cleaned off. I also recommend you BRING YOUR OWN towels. The ones they have are old and crusty. The bedding covers smelled like mildew/musty smell as well. The pillows were hard and not comfortable to sleep on. With that being said, If you can fork up a bit more, stay elsewhere.

We have really liked this hotel in the past and stay 3+ times due to it's proximity to Disneyland and very low price point yet reasonable rooms. However since covid they have stopped serving breakfast, their staff is very short with guests and are very strict about parking. I think we will probably find a new hotel for our next stay.

You get what you pay for. There are no maid services and you must give them a 24 hour heads up for towels. Parking situation was also ridiculous as there was a one car limit which forced me to park in a residential area.

Needed a spare room to stay for the night with my family because our Disneyland hotel reservation didn’t start until tomorrow. The room size is good, beds were okay but I did kill 3 bugs in the bathtub while trying to clean my kids, wouldn’t recommend it. Attendant on duty while was cooperative wasn’t the friendliest and no food is served here. This place is however located very close to the park and after taxes the room was only $151.

The rooms are HORRIBLE. Our first room was INFESTED with bugs! We were there for around 20 minutes and I went to the bathroom and bugs were spewing out of the bathtub drain! We asked for a switch and our second room was the same, bugs spewing out. I felt so dirty staying here, waste of money and I will not be coming back.

Room was dirty, long black hairs on sheets when I pulled sheets down, floor turned the bottom of my slippers black, had to call a day ahead if housekeeping required, AC vents filthy, door had sunlight shining through the bottom due to no "weather or BUG" stripping. Pool and spa I wouldn't use due to green slime on steps and bottom, no breakfast, as advertised ( likely due to COVID), but I'm sure price wasn't lowered. A breakfast roll individually wrapped to eat in your room would have been nice! Surfaces in room were dirty, I brought my own sanitizing wipes. Some housekeepers and desk staff wore masks, some didn't, but sign on office door said they were required!$722.00 for 5 nights of grief!!A COMPLETE MESS!!Rooms: New Slippers had black bottoms after the first night due to filthy floors, sanitized my own countertops, drawers, bathroom counter. AC vents filthy!!Safety: Slick shower floor, I put hand towel to stand on.Green muck on pool and spa floor, steps......did not use this amenity that I paid for!Noteworthy details: Lies about free breakfastFilthy roomWay too expensive for a terrible room at a hotel " by Wyndham"!

We had cockroaches in our room. There isn't a breakfast. The towels were stained and old. The only good thing is the location because you can watch the disneyland fireworks from the hot

This isn't a hotel I would recommend to people, but it did its job on a last-minute booking. We are pretty sure the sheets weren't changed, and the shower wasn't cleaned. It was a very quiet place to stay. It is, however, very close to Disneyland, and we could see the firework show from our room.

When we got to the hotel the pool was full of people at 10:30.. they didn’t get out till midnight. Kids running up and down from their rooms to the pool and there were people yelling from their rooms down to the people in the pool. The room in general was clean but it had a nasty muggy smell to it. They had the window open before we checked in but even that didn’t help. The AC unit is super loud! It kept sounding like water slushing around in it. For the price they’re charging I would expect it to be better. Still no breakfast.. thought I’d add that in as an update.

Super 8 was a great hotel to stay at my wife and I go to Disneyland quite often and stayed at many hotels and super 8 was one of the best picks for a low budget.Follow us on TikTok and instagram @thedisneyalphasPros:Rooms are updated, staff is friendly, great location to see fireworks from your hotel without staying at Disneyland all night.Cons:Parking fills up by 8pm, not walking distance to Disneyland, no weather proof at bottom of door so you can't hear and smell everything from outside. All an all we will be booking here again thank youFollow us on TikTok and instagram @thedisneyalphas

Pleasantly surprised. The customer service reps at the front desk were very kind and accommodating. They allowed us to pre check-in our bags so we can go to downtown Disney more comfortably . We were able to return at 3 pm to complete our check-in. The rooms were extremely spacious and well stocked with a pretty big fridge and a microwave, it's becoming more difficult to find hotels that offer these amenities . Their pool is a decent size. If you would like to watch the fireworks, we were staying on the second floor (room 225) and you can see the fireworks perfectly from there. Upon check out we asked if we can leave our backpack there since we were spending the afternoon at Disneyland and they were able to accommodate that as well. All in all 5 stars for great customer service with a human touch and really spacious room. I should also note it's a 12 minute walk to Disneyland and I'm a slow walker , so great location of you are going to Disneyland.

I wasn't expecting to be wowed with a Super 8, but I stayed here years ago and remember it looking much nicer. This trip was an anniversary celebration for my husband and I and was a place to stay at while we enjoyed 3 days at Disneyland. We weren't planning on spending much time there, which is why we went for a cheaper hotel. The short walk to Disneyland did help up save on parking at the park. A/C and fan were nice. The fridge and microwave were also appreciated, as we had food with us (also to save on not eating out too much). Both were unplugged as a way to conserve energy (note about this on the fridge) and were easy to plug in, so no problem. There was what looked like part of the plastic wrapping from a cigarette carton on the side of a trash can, which made me wonder how it got there. From cleaning crew? Upstairs neighbors made a lot of noise (which is something we deal with in our building), so that was annoying. The front door had a huge gap under it so, even with the lock and dead bolt, I felt like someone could easily break in. I ended up placing a pillow against it to block the light for sleeping purposes. No complimentary breakfast was annoying, but I guess they're still being Covid cautious. I ended up having to checkout a day early because my husband was ill and couldn't make the trip. Even though the reservation says nonrefundable, I asked anyway. She said that because it was too close to check in time for another reservation, there was no time to clean the room. I understand, but I doubt they were booked. Couldn't they have just used another room? More understanding of things out of my control would have been appreciated. Not horrible, but not great. Looks more rundown since my last visit years ago. I think we'll spend a little more and go across the street to Majestic Garden Hotel next time.

Rooms need more attention.Anchors holding the mirror are nearly out. There is not breakfast offered in spite of the website saying otherwise. No shuttle. You have to walk to Disneyland or find another mode of transportation. No restaurant on site.No housekeeping available during the stay.Gaps in weather stripping on the door.Bottom sheet was not fitted and didn't cover the entire mattress.Staff was very nice but the hotel needs attention.

The room was good, pool was awesome, the walk is more than 15 minutes from Disneyland. They didn’t have breakfast or a playpen, that’s my only complaint. The front desk workers were always nice to us!

This place looks decent online, especially if it's just for a night. I would not recommend this place at all! We stayed on 5/18-5/19, our room had bed bugs cuz I woke up with red marks all on my arms.
