Real humans and top notch customer service!No joke, these guys were Johnny on the spot both in fulfilling my order quickly (and checking the expiration date on a shelf-life Sika product) and they were equally quick in resolving a shipping issue when UPS dropped the ball.Seriously exceeded expectations on ALL fronts. As a licensed contractor, ya gotta love this place. Not only do they have TOP GRADE materials, the service is the same. I had a difficult project on a 7 million dollar custom home at the beach, very rough weather conditions, salt water can kill a house. The guys at Sunshine supply helped me discern the best products to rectify the problems and even took the extra time to explain application and parameters of product use! Yeah, they have pricey stuff, but there’s no comparison in quality. You can’t buy this stuff at Home Depot or Dixieline! Tough project? Need top rate quality? Look no further. And NO, I wasn’t paid to say this!!!

Tony and the rest of the office are awesome. I usually will call for same or next day pick up, and if they don't have what I am looking for they most likely have an alternate to use. If not, it doesn't usually take long to get what I need.

They were so friendly and accommodating! They let us know about a potential freight charge due to the size of a product. We asked if it could be cut in half to reduce the charge, which they were able to do and then called to confirm if the reduces freight charge was acceptable before sending the product. I greatly appreciated their willingness to help and resolve the issue while keeping me informed.
