I can't even comprehend the customer service here by this young man who clearly has no respect for customer service our what people are putting in their stomach. Let me say I used to work at subway and we did hourly checks on temps to make sure they weren't over/low temp to avoid you know the COMMON SENSE of keeping meats at correct temp and veggies from getting frozen. The veggies were scattered everywhere mixed in with everything and I'm sorry I don't like certain veggies so that turned me off but I was hungry I began my order. Chicken Bacon Ranch on 6in, he grab my bread and I saw the lettuce literally frozen to sides and bottom of the can so I politely asked for him to provided me fresh lettuce and he gave the girl please look and walk over grabbed bag off lettuce out the freezer,cut with the knife on the table which cross contaminated the lettuce, and throw it into the same metal tray of not even removing the old frozen lettuce. I panicked yelled at him saying what are you doing is that what you always do is just place the new veggies or meats.... Just top them off, and he shrugged like yea we always do this. I walked out astonished of the lack of service and quality, what horrible standards for bottom line. Absolutely sickening. You should be reported. Let me end this was once ServSafe when I was in this service field and this by no means should be ok.

They don't lend the bathroom in this place if you come from afar and look for a place to eat and also to go to the bathroom don't stop here

Funny when I think of Subway, I'm not really thinking about the customer experience. I just go for a semi healthy meal when I forget my lunch at home. Today however, I received excellent customer service from Irene who was delightful & enthusiastic. I left feeling like she was my friend & that's refreshing in 2022. Thanks Irene!

I've been coming along time and saw the staff change-over which was good at first, but now it's another story. The staff got lazy and apparently the manager is the bad apple. Also, they profile people. If you look 'poor' gotta where your mask, if your in business attire NP. I had two customers ordering in-store ahead of me w/o mask's in business attire. When they got to me it was "You need a mask". I stated why don't they need masks, no answer. When manager asked her about it after the 2 customers left she lied and said nobody was served w/o mask.This location has major issue's, up and down. I would just go to another one, they don't appreciate your business. Food quality wise was just blah. When I asked for sauce on sandwich's she put one little blob in center of sandwich. In such a hurry to just wrap it up and charge you. If you use the Reward system, don't count on it here, the owner doesn't like giving you rewards points and if you issue request for them she denies/ignores it. Just go to another location.

If you handle cash, you wash your hands before putting on gloves per CA health code. This did not happen during my visit. Grossed out.

I was hungry and decided to try out subway again. The store was bright and cherry plus very clean. I was waited on very quickly. I went a little wrong on my selection. The sandwich was very fresh however had a taste like prepackaged sandwich meat.Parking was good and entrance and egress was very easy to major streets.

Straight up ordered from mobile for pick up these guys smell like weed and got like 3-4 missing definitely would check who’s working at 7-8pm at night I called them to let them know the bread was stale and they missed half of the order they said they would remake it and I sent in and they tried to give me a Dixie cup of sauce and toppings they missed. This place is joke.
