It's been weeks and still can't get a proper prescription or referral. This place is so going downhill with their new NP. Not impressed.
When you sign up for the Dr., you don't actually get the doctor, you get the NP. And their skillset is suspect.

The time wait is from 2-4 hours just for a physical check , kids get frustrated and bored of waiting, make sure you feed your children before coming ?

I have no idea where the good reviews are coming from the staff is not professional at all they over book there patients so when you do go in for an appointment the wait is so long the hours that are posted on the website are wrong and provides leave before they are even closed so if your child or yourself need to be seen they send you to another place thats a urgent care that you have to wait 4hrs to be seen . I picked this group only because it states they have a awesone pediatrician that i know and worked with and he doesnt even come to this office the whole time i have brought my child in to see a doctor there has only been nurse practitioners . Some care my child needs antibiotics for something that would take literally less then 2 mins to look at and be on our way instead no professionals there to take care of patients if i could do no stars i would but then i cant put a review without a stsr

Terrible waiting time for an "APPOINTMENT" over an hr. Nurses are just talking and giggling in the back. & not very helpful. I wouldn't recommend this clinic for anyone’s children . I transferred my child to caduceus medical group, we love it :)

I went to this place on 2/1/23 because I had made an appointment for my mother at 930am, turns out our appointment was canceled because the doctor who was going to see my mother was not going to be there, they said they called me once to notify me which I never answer and never saw, didn’t even left a message so I ask if there was any other doctor that can see my mother they said yes but we had to wait and see if someone cancel their appointment or don’t show up when we previously had made an appointment, first they say we had to wait one hour then maybe an hour and a half then 2 hours what in the world I just grab my mother and walk out of this place the front desk guy wasn’t even sure of what he was doing or saying vey bad service, I don’t agree with canceling your appointment without your approval or comfirmation or your awareness never going back to this place, don’t recommend it

Hands down to all the staff, nurses and nurse practitioner, dr. Lucy Paredes, they're all very polite from phone to in person visit. They were very accommodating as well.l, although there clinic wasn't look good as other, I am very impressed with their attitude went it comes to work.. Thank you for squeezing me in today, although im late but they find time for me to see the doctor. Highly recommend this clinic!

I have had many problems with the many people in front of me because they go several times and forget that I arrived and I am always on time. They are very irresponsible and the doctor becomes very angry.

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly and if you have an appointment they attend to you very quickly. My children have been cared for in this place for 18 years and most importantly the pediatricians are bilingual.

I have been receiving care for my children in this place for 16 years. Personally, I like the attention of the doctors. They have a pharmacy right there, which is very convenient since in case of not having the medicine, the doctor is there and will help. You can make the change to another medication, something that I have had difficulties with in other pharmacies. If you have an appointment they will attend to your time, but if you do not have an appointment they can also attend to you if there is space, but every time I have gone and they have served us well. They have good references from laboratories and are quick to provide service. For a time we moved to Altamed due to distance, but the truth is I didn't like the care for my children there and I decided to return to Strong Families, it is a little further from my house but I prefer their care here with them.

Every time I come here I am on time to my daughters appointment. I make it a point to do early mornings between 9-11 because they open at 9 and I want to get out of here quickly. Today her appointment was at 9am and it’s 40 min in and I’m still waiting to be seen. Happens every single time i hate this place.

Very disappointing. There is basically one DR there who does not get back to you until a week later. The overall aesthetic is quite depressing and they do not care if you run out of your medication. I have been on the same meds for years, yet they want me to go do all of this external testing for a simple med. So instead of hearing my reasoning as to why I've had multiple doctors approve the meds, they simply refuse to do anything.

I went for my physical exam and I had my appointment at 11:30am and I didn't get called until 1pm all they did was tell me to breath in and out and weigh me all for $50
