The reservation process was simple. We got a ground floor unit at a great price. Melanie made completing the move-in process quick and easy.

Worst service Everytime I come. Only a staff of one most days. Jan. 30, one female working, eating lunch in her car, refuses to open the restroom for me until her break is over. I will be contacting owner and corporate to file complaint. Terrible customer service.

I have had my storage unit for 5 years and never have had any problems. Only thing is that the lift to go up to the 2nd floor is not available on Sunday.

Lazy and Rude manager who acts like her .... don't stink. I watched her walk down the grass in front of the business and instead of picking up any trash she came across she just took it and kicked it into the street. I get that it's not her trash and whoever left it should have thrown it away in the first place but it's s like wow the lack of common sense that now not only does it still look bad cause there is trash in front of your business but now you look bad too....

Actually he rented a storage and then sat in the car to call me and ask me what I wanted him to do as we were moving our three bedroom home he had already rented the unit when accused of " loitering" ... and everything was fine until the next day when he received a call saying the manager was "afraid to rent to him" and we were asked to come to the office so I went with him where the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to us ... and as I said before we have everything documented and you will be hearing from our attorney... oh and the local news
