Was with the facility for years, minor problems popped up on occasion but they were always willing to work thru things. Only reason I left is because we finally got a home.

If you have a Business, it is a good place to be Because they do have 24/7 Access with Proof of a Business License. But, if you are Homeless they don't like Homeless people ! ?

This place has the worst customer service! Called in to ask for size availability for storage unit and the guy that answered the phone asked me "why do you need to now the sizes?!" Maybe because I'm looking to rent a unit and would like to know that you have a size within my needs? Keep in mind his attitude right way was condescending and rude. I told him my reason for the question and he answered that I sound like a competitor searching for information. Maybe you should be more concerned about your customer service than your competitors. So I basically told him I'd be taking my service elsewhere since I didn't feel comfortable leaving my property there no longer. He simply said "do whatever you want " He then calls me back like about an hour later "not knowing who he was calling " so I told him that I was the customer that he basically told to F off earlier " he took that phrase to literally and said his calls were recorded and he never said that. It means that you basically blew me off with your attitude. Anyway he then proceeded to tell me that he would block my number which after that first conversation why would I ever want to call? I'd rather go anywhere else!

Phenomenal management very personal service gave me a two-for-one on move-in and referral because I know I send people to them all the time love them highly recommended

Facility is very clean and secure! Was In a bind finding a place to store our stuff and went to many places we just didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff stored at. Finally found this place which is close to home. We felt very safe leaving our stuff here. The manager James was very helpful and made us feel comfortable leaving our stuff in their storage location. We recommend this location and especially appreciate the special they have right now where you pay for one month and the second month is free! It's so helpful during these hard times, we know if you're thinking about this location it's the right choice for you!

This place is amazing. I haven't had any issues at all and the management is great. James has always been very helpful and polite. He does a great job at running the place. It's clean and quiet. He's also always been very professional and if there is ever an issue or an update pertaining to ur space he's on top of it. Great communication. Thank u James for doing such a great job. I appreciate it.

I've never had a problem in more than 10 years at this facility, but dealing with James the manager today has made me want to move all of my belongings out of this place. They apparently "changed their credit card processing company" and claimed to have sent me a letter which I never got. They claimed to have called me several times, but had a bad phone number that I didn't even know. Then after my rent was late, he tracked down my actual phone number online, and called me to let me know. He answered the phone while driving in the golf cart, and said that they sent me an email, but when he got to the office found out that they did not send any emails and he was speaking in generalities. He did not offer to waive the late fee, and was not apologetic at all. His customer service was the worst I have ever had the displeasure to deal with.
