The magic of a bad review.
Right after my initial review Manuel contacted me and completed the installation. Love the slab but the service was bad Will change from a 1 star to a three star.
Previously:
From the time we chose our stone slab to the time it was installed the price changed three times! Then getting the installers to come, took begging and threats. The slab was finally installed and the Installer Manuel said he would be back to seal it and to install a small piece they had to remove during installation. It's been six months and no amount of pleading or begging has succeeded. It is now June 1st 2024. If anything changes I will update.

After months of no response in trying to make it right with us. Mr Nashir and his team have failed to communicate failed to deliver our needs and have not had a resolution it’s been 2 years and I will make sure it goes beyond this -5 star reviewThanks

Customer beware, I purchased marble countertops and had this company install them totaling over $14,000. The fabrication was not completed as stated. They used a piece of marble from my bathroom installation, which was completely a different lot number and shade of color and introduced it into the kitchen, even though I had more than enough marble to do the kitchen. After fabrication was complete, the fabricators and management told me that that this coloration was due to water used for fabrication and that it would dry up and match. It did not. I have been asking this company to take care of the issue for two years with only getting promises that they don't keep. I took them to small claims court and I won a judgment for the money I spent. once again, I have been promised that they will pay me the judgment and it's been six months, and they haven't paid one penny. Stay away from this company because they are not honest.

Mohammed and Nishar are very attentive to their customers needs. Very warm and welcoming, they do not judged on how the customers look and dressed. Their store carry high quality stone slabs.

Yes, the kitchen island, 10’ x 5’ with no joints is devine as well as the kitchen countertop!

Terrible. The staff didn't know a thing about the stone and when I asked the owner, he didn't even acknowledge me being there. He didn't even get up and started giving me bad looks for "asking too many questions" he was the LAZIEST person I meet while shopping around state college boulevard. I definitely will not recommend to anyone. I don't know how this stone yard is still in business with this type of owner.

Bad customer service, rude and not welcome!!! We came in and ask we are looking for small size of natural stone. The store rep guy did even greeting to us and just spoke out of his mouth at the same time pointing his finger out of the store that "go out to buy small piece, here don't sell" Can't believe that big store like that can have very low class sale person.

I purchased $11,000.00 of porcelain from this company and paid for delivery to my fabricator to cut and install in my home. It was delivered to him in a truck without A frame support. The wife of the fabricator knew something was wrong and she took pictures of the delivery, and thank God she did. The stone was fractured during transport and became unusable as the fabricator tried to cut it to install. It was a TOTAL LOSS. I took the company to court in Santa Ana, won the case but the owner refused to pay me. The owners out of country finances made my lawyer unable to collect. Another loss of money. These guys are scary! A man scowled at me when I was parking in a perfectly marked spot in front of the store, and then aggressively motioned for me to move my car - even though NO OTHER customers were there..an empty parking lot! I moved my car, then went into find Mohammed (the sales person I was supposed to meet with)....on the phone YELLING profanity into the phone at someone...dropping the f*** bomb at least every 3rd word. He was also talking about physically fighting the person if it came to that. A VERY scary experience....I got out of there quickly. There are PLENTY of great tile stores in this area....skip these scary mafia-type people. What a strange and very unprofessional experience!!

Update: after threatening them with small claims court with all my documentation, they finally processed my refund for the slabs I paid for but never received. Glad they did the right thing, but it caused a lot of stress and left me scrambling to find stone elsewhere.

I spent several weeks shopping for just the right slab for my clients new retail space. And it only took about 15 minutes for me to find exactly what I was looking for when I stop I here.Additionally, Mohammed was incredibly accommodating to me from the moment I arrived and did all he could to meet my needs regarding our construction schedule and installation.Finally, and probably most importantly, the end result is absolutely beautiful and precisely what I wanted, needed, and expect.I’ll be back for the next project.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE!!!! These guys are a piece of shit. Not only do they have HORRIBLE service, they sold us TWO different colors and said COLOR 1 and COLOR 2 are the same color. They were beyond rude, and when I called them to let them know they made a mistake they tried to blame it on the guys working on my kitchen. YOU are the one selling these pieces, they are only there to pick it up and installing it. I would NOT recommend this shitty ass place to anyone EVER.

We had been looking everywhere for a countertop for our home. We were hoping for something modern, and sleek that was still affordable. Most places only offered quartz or low end quartzite in our budget and were not easy to navigate. Some didn't even offer installation. We feel so fortunate to have found Stoneware Enterprises. They had an amazing and large selection of beautiful countertops. We thought it may be out of our budget, but the owner, Nishar helped us find the perfect piece. He advised us on how to get the most from what we were able to spend and had the staff to complete the installation. We are so pleased with the service and the end product. If you need countertops, this is the place to go! I wish we walked in here before replacing our tiles, their tile selection is beautiful too!
