I’ve been coming here for years! I find great deals on school supplies every September. Whether I need big yellow envelopes or a file box for yearly tax papers they always have what I need. And I’ve made zillions of copies. The people are always so helpful when I mess things up and never make me feel bad. I highly recommend Staples!

Customer service is horrible. All I needed was a set of blocks for the hangers to a 2 drawer file cabinet. Told me I had to take it apart put it back in the box bring it back get another file cabinet and put it together. There was a block set for floor model but wouldn't let me have it. Great job Staples. Make a simple job more complicated. Won't be back.

I spent most of my day creating a document that I couldn't print. Thanks to Rosario she made the process seamless and it only took minutes. She was extremely friendly and patient. Kudos to Rosario!
