I was in Anaheim on business at the convention center, so the location was just perfect. Having a pharmacy on the ground floor didn’t suck either. I ended up “needing” some provisions, a/k/a snacks, during the week. I appreciated the feeling of security, being required to tap my room key or phone with the mobile app in the elevator in order to go up to the rooms. Breakfast was a welcome added benefit with ample choices and very friendly staff attending it. If I was only there for Disneyland, I would probably book a hotel closer to one of the entrances as this was not terribly convenient, but for the right price, it would certainly do.

First time ever visiting Disneyland, really even California. We chose this hotel for a couple reasons. The location and the affordable rate. I would stay here again just because of those two reasons, but another reason I'd stay here is because of the staff. Super friendly and accommodating to my reservation and early cancellation. Definitely recommend. Breakfast was really good for being a hotel, lots of options.

Overall this property is perfectly fine. Here are our takeaways (the good, the bad & the ugly):* check in staff was a bummer. We felt like our presence was an inconvenience.* as expected, hallways & rooms are heavily worn and show age. But hotel does a nice job in making updates as possible. (High traffic hotel, so this is expected)* Very comfy beds & linens.* we stayed in two rooms. Shower knobs were wonky in both and made it nearly impossible to get a hot shower.* front desk staff on room change day was INCREDIBLE. Extremely kind, personable, accommodating. Over & above.* housekeeping & breakfast staff are AWESOME. A++++!* hotels address does not align with where the front entrance is. Makes Ubering & Lyft a bit difficult. We used 6 Ubers during our stay & every one of them fought me on the drop off location.* has laundry available but is super out dated & inconvenient. Coin operated. Desk can exchange cash for quarters … But no ATM on property. This was really frustrating for us. Actually, it’s the thing that took my rating from a 4 to a 3 star. I’m still mad. lol.* very close to convenience store, restaurants, pharmacy and Disneyland. Excellent location for access to the parks. As a travel blogger, we measured the distance of the walks from all the closest hotels. This one ranks # 6 times in closeness as counted by Garmin Steps.Would I stay again? Overall, I probably would choose a different hotel for closeness to Disney & laundry reasons.Would I hire the staff I encountered? 80%, yes! 20%, no.

I am here for a conference, and the gym at the hotel does not open until 8 AM. This ensures that no one will ever be able to use it because most people need to get up and going before that time. They were not flexible at all with that rule.

I was there for a convention, great location, breakfast was good, service was outstanding. Rooms were clean and are spacious. Great no nonsense hotel close to Disney and close the convention

Everything was great until the front desk called and questioned our late checkout and asked who we spoke to. We spoke online via the chat. But apparently no one took the time to look into that and they kicked us out at 12:30 even though the checkout was 2! VERY VERY RUDE. Won’t be back. Hotel itself was nice and close to park but based on principle, you don’t reward bad behavior.

Soiled Bed Sheets on Arrival!!!! yepWe were quite disgusted when we found that our bed sheets were soiled when we arrived. Worse than that was how Elizabeth or "Liz" handled the matter so dismissively. It was our anniversary trip... Disneyland saved the outing, thank heavens. Cheers Ya'll! Steer Clear of this Hotel.

We are Lifetime Elite status members. Came to Disneyland with friends and they got an upgrade, we didn’t. Asked for a later check out and the staff was not friendly at all about it. We always get put in a handicap room as well. Very disappointed in Marriott as a whole.

Stay here often on our trips to Disneyland.Pros+ Great Location in Anaheim if visiting parks.+ Easy walk to Disneyland gates. 15min walk at most.+ Covered Parking+ Front desk person super helpful on check in, asked if we had questions and gave tons of tips.Cons- Service has gone down since first visits years ago, Marriot status, and still won’t do late checkout till morning of, can’t plan ahead. Asked for early cleaning (they only clean every other day) so we could get our baby sleeping for a nap and would not accommodate.- “free” Breakfast is a disaster. Cleanliness is gone, food maybe available if you wait 30min to see if they bring out something. Asked if we could get a table cleaned so we could sit and the person pointed to the napkins.- Front desk staff person last day was extremely rude. Asked two questions and attitude was horrible.Walkability: Super close to park.

Noteworthy details: The free breakfast was great, location was great, but furniture in rooms torn, worn, old and uncomfortable. The bed sagged, pillows were old. I think 4. 4 rating is too high. They need a remodel.

Right down the street from downtown Disney would still recommend driving if you have children. Simba parking lot was great with a lot of openings. We went at 930 pm and shops were open till midnight.Rooms: Room is cozy

Perfect location if you are going to Disneyland, it’s about 10 minutes walk from the parks. The hotel is close to everything you need, pharmacies, food, coffee shops and shopping. Rooms are clean and very spacious. Perfect for a big family. Breakfast buffet is great.
