Kevin from Source Graphics has been really helpful with any questions I had regarding 3D printer & material selections. We were in touch with each other from printer selections, specs all the way to material re-order after initial reels were used up. Feedback and support was promptly replied within 24 hour or less. We're very pleased with customer service and will be doing business with Source Graphics for all our 3D printing needs in the future.

I posted this in 2023 and a year later (5/2024) nothing has changed!! A great company with great people for my plotter needs.
Source Graphics is a fantastic company for all our plotter maintenance. Every time one of our plotters has been out of service, they have been quick to respond and correct the issue. All their service techs know all the ins and out of our plotters and are able to troubleshoot and provide us with how long a repair will take or when a part is needed. I am very satisfied with their services and support. I am especially happy with the customer service staff, those that take my call when my plotters are down, and they make sure I am satisfied with service, support and maintenance agreements.

I purchase an Item, their website don't have any warning that they don't have the item in stock, after waiting 2 weeks for my paper, I finally called to find out that it was back order for a month and no one care to let me know that, I canceled the order and went to buy my paper else where. no apology or concern showed on their side. I will never order from here again.

Outstanding service and support! I purchased some 3D printer supplies to be overnighted, I called past the standard shipping cut-off time but Albert worked magic and dropped the package at UPS. He saved the day!The very next day, we had a separate printer go down. There wasn't time to repair and again I contacted Albert to purchase a replacement. He worked magic getting us a new machine. He removed the printer package from the pallet and shipped it VIA next day air. He alerted us to the risk of shipping by package rather than freight and we accepted the risk.We're a commercial additive manufacturing business in the upper midwest and value suppliers who find a solution. Albert and the team at Source Graphics did just that!Thank you all for being rockstars and awesome to work with!

Our team purchased an Artec Leo and couldn't figure out how to properly operate the scanner and software on our own. We e-mailed our concerns to Source Graphics and they flew out a trainer, Kevin. Kevin listened to our issues, tailor made a training program that gave us exactly what we needed and no unnecessary fluff. In one day he had our team trained in how to get good scans, reverse engineer those scans and get good results. The whole team was very responsive and got us quick results. I really appreciate that Kevin listened to our headaches, made a plan, and then flew out here to provide effective training.

Source Graphics has been a great company to work with for purchasing 3D printing materials. They provide academic discount and fast shipping (which is free!) They are very responsive as well. Albert Mathew always gets back to you in less than a few hours if not sooner. They are also very knowledgeable about 3D printing, and provide answers to technical questions very quickly. When we were in need of another 3D printer, Jose Alvarado was very helpful in providing quotes and service options in timely manner.
