We been shopping at Soccer Warehouse for several years buying jerseys and imprinting name set. Everything went smooth until this time. I usually don’t like leaving negative review but I am VERY DISAPPOINTED
I bought in 9 jerseys for imprinting name sets, unfortunately, 1 jersey came out VERY slanted. I completely understand it’s done by hand, I don’t expect it to be 100%, but this one is just too slanted. It’s a paid service so I expect them to be responsible for what they do.
I came into the store and spoke with the manager, he agreed that the name imprinted was slanted. He offered refund of the name set ONLY. He refused to compensate for the jersey, which the slanted name set RUINED it.
Even it’s a big store, they REFUSE to take responsibility for their MISTAKE, which is not fair to customer. I shouldn’t have to assume liability for their mistake. WILL NOT RETURN

Ordered a pair of shoes. Only parcel to be lost out of the 100s I have ordered in the last 6-months. Customer Service would not assist because I didn't check the $3 package warranty. Is this a joke? On a $150 item, you say you're not liable? What a joke.
