Simple Office really did make the whole process of leasing several machines for our office so simple. There were no hidden fees. Joseph was completely transparent and thorough in explaining all of the lease terms and any charges. Simple Office provided us with an all inclusive maintenance agreement that really does include everything. The training was thorough. The Kyocera machines are running great. Customer service has been excellent. I strongly recommend Simple Office. You won't regret it.
