We had a wonderful experience with signature design center. The whole team went above and beyond for our kitchen remodeling project. Our kitchen now is more modern, functional and beautifully built.

Referred to Signature-Design by Envoy cabinets to do damage control on an expensively messed up kitchen, thanks to RSSA. Fred, claimed to be owner was very pleasant, set an appointment to meet with my client. She waited hours for him, no call no show. I called him at end of the day he apologized and rescheduled. He met with my client, she loved him, it seemed to be great. he asked for her number, I gave it (I have dyslexia so I sometimes mess up numbers as I did with this) Closet designs were outrageously expensive but I was going to go with that. My client didnt hear from him as planned so I contacted him and he was rude and dismissive saying we have bad communication and so he wont work with me.
What he is the one that completely no showed and we were forgiving. The guy wasted our time completely. JUst so rude.
Maybe its Orange County but a bunch of irresponsible so called professionals. Skip this one.

RUDE IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE (who is the customer here?)
AND FLAKEY (no shows on a client then cancels me?!)

I recently had the pleasure of working with Signature Design for a kitchen remodel, and their exceptional service led me to trust them with other home projects too. The team was not just professional and efficient; they genuinely cared about making my vision a reality. This is our second time using Signature.
They did a beautiful island and stairs.
It goes without saying the work they did met my expectations and beyond!
Would not use any other design company: professional and timely.
BTW They completed our kitchen renovation about 10 yrs ago and it still looks fabulous.

What an amazing company! My sisters and I came across this company on our search for cabinets and so happy we did. We were remodeling my mothers (she is 94) entire kitchen due to a leak and mold issues, and dealing with insurance. Fred the owner/contractor sat down with us and when he realized the problems we were having he jumped in to help, and stayed involved through the process. Talked with the insurance company, the cabinets were ordered, brought in painters, electricians, plumbers and more for us. It was obvious Fred really cares about his customers…it was very hard on our mother and he was determined to see her back in her kitchen. From the designer, Valentina, Jaime, Project Manager, the office staff, all the workers on site…they were wonderful to work with. My sisters and I highly recommend Signature Design!

We hit the trifecta with utilizing this company- Between Karen, Fred, and Tammer, they exceeded all of our expectations through convenient scheduling of our work with Karen. Outstanding customer service with the owner Fred, who was involved with our kitchen remodel every step of the way. Hats off to Tammer our installation expert who made our kitchen a masterpiece with his skill and knowledge of cabnetry and concern for every detailto our remodel.
Signature Design Center cares about your total satisfaction, and will be our Go-To-Solution for future remodels, no need to look anywhere else- You are now Family to us!

I hired Signature Design Center to redo my kitchen cabinets, island, flooring, and paint the house, due to a leak and I'm super happy with how it all turned out. They worked really fast but still paid close attention to all the little details. They were really good at making my ideas come to life quickly. The way they fixed up the cabinets and island and put in the new flooring was done really carefully, showing they really care about doing a great job.I was impressed with how skilled Signature Design Center is in getting things done quickly and with a lot of detail. They made sure everything looked fantastic, from refining the cabinets and island to putting in the new flooring seamlessly. The final touch of painting brought everything together, making my home look amazing. I definitely recommend Signature Design Center if you want fast, detailed, and top-quality remodeling.

Excellent work done in a timely and professional manner We are very happy. Highly recommended!! We did a major remodel for A to Z, we asked for high end work and we received more than we expected. I used to have another contractor prior contracting with Signature Design Center unfortunately the other company made a lot if mistakes starting from batting the necessary city permits etc. When I spoke to Fred the president of the company, he immediately came up with a rescue plan and just in couple of months we were able to have a huge change. A lot of work was done, electric, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms all were done from scratch. At the end of the work, we passed all city inspections, and we had all the permits. We loved the work and the design. Everybody who comes to our place ask about the person who design and did the work Every person we felt with during my renovation was capable, competent, caring, and respectful. The best company I've worked with .

I needed 2 bathrooms remodeled and needed a reliable contractor. I saw Signature Design's ad in the Home Magazine and decided to visit their business. I first met with their owner/president, Fred, to talk about my project and my expectations. He informed me the design & estimate for the work would be done immediately, but there would be no pressure or phone calls to follow up. The contract & estimate was good for 1 year, but it was up to me to contact them to confirm the contract with them. He also assured me that once they began the work, they would remain on the job to completion. Having neighbors who were abandoned periodically during their projects, i was delighted to hear this. Fred was true to his word. His designer, Valentina, was amazing. She knew my taste in color, design and materials, and she designed 2 bathrooms that suited me and my home. The work on the bathrooms began on May 15 and was completed on June 20. The superintendent on the job was Jaime, and he kept me informed on a daily basis, made sure the work progressed smoothly and was completed properly at each step of the project. The craftsmen that worked on the project were competent and detail oriented. The tile as installed is a work of art. All materials were high quality, the vanities & countertops were custom built and exactly to my liking. The work continued on a daily basis and at the end of the day the crew cleaned up. I was very impressed with the care taken to protect my house during the work. Every floor surface was covered. When the job was complete there was no damage to any of my existing home, including my carpeting. Karen sent me daily texts each evening so I knew what work would take place each day. The finished bathrooms are beautiful, functional and specifically suited to my home. And the time frame from start to finish was approximately 1 month, which is incredible for 2 completely remodeled bathrooms. I can recommend this company without reservation. Every single person involved in my project was capable, competent, caring and respectful. The best company I've worked with for any of my home projects.

We dreamed for years of remodeling our kitchen and finally took the plunge beginning in September of 2022. After doing extensive research on kitchen remodeling companies, we chose to work with Signature Design Center. Why? First off, we were impressed with the reviews. Not all were positive (although the majority were), but what impressed us was the response given to those with negative reviews who complained about something. The owner of Signature Design Center, Fred Jarrah, responded and offered to talk to the customer and work through the problem. That kind of customer service is rare and something we were looking for. Second, we visited their showroom and were introduced to one of their designers, Valentina. She was humble and kind and listened to our needs and wants. She was very patient with us as we went back and forth on our design ideas. The second time we visited the showroom, we met Fred, the owner. Once you meet Fred, you feel like you've found a long-lost friend. He is kind and helpful, and knows this business inside out! Fred always treated us as though we were his number one customer. Every employee from Signature Design Center was kind, respectful and VERY helpful. The girls in the office; I can't say enough about them. Gihwa and Karen, you're the best! They always took our calls/texts, and if they didn't have an answer, they found it and got back to us right away. There were "hiccups" along the way, as happens with any project, but the Signature team made sure everything was taken care of to our complete satisfaction. I really had a hard time finding any constructive criticism, but if there was one thing I would say it would be to stress communication with them. A couple of times I was getting ready to head out the door to work or an errand and one of the employees would show up to do some work on the project without a heads-up that they were coming. Not a major deal, but it is nice to know ahead of time so you can plan. Overall, they were FANTASTIC to work with. They worked within our budget and never tried to upsell us. We would not hesitate to have them back for another project on our home and recommend them without reservation. You will not be disappointed if you choose Signature Design Center. Thank you, Fred and team, for creating a beautiful kitchen for us!

My husband and I used Signature Design Centrr to completely remodel our kitchen and make it more functional. We have a smaller kitchen and they had amazing ideas to make it look and feel so much more open and light. They were on time and completed the work in the time frame they told us. Sam and Fred were timely about responding to calls, texts and emails when we had questions. We know there are several companies in the area to choose from and could not be more pleases with the job they did. Our kitchen is now functional and looks modern and beautiful! Sam and the Signature crew was very friendly and informative, they gave us all the details we needed to get our project done . His attention to detail and use of modern design techniques was very impressive and the work the team performed was above our expectations. The work was done to exactly what we wanted and went very smoothly. We will definitely be using his company in the future to complete our ADU remodel.
