Good warm paint, that does not mark, does not lose its color, and is easy to brush and roll on. Felix a good rep. Alexia, the store manager, is also very attentive, just like Mario and everyone else. Highly recommended.

Great paint store! Staff is friendly and helpful. This paint store has been around since the 1800's. I would highly recommend the nicer grade like Emerald for strong coverage and durability. A+++++

Come here for all your painting needs and you won't be disappointed! Mario was the gentleman that helped me, he was extremely knowledgeable when it came to paint colors and painting technique. I'm the most indecisive person when it comes to paint colors- he looked at pictures of what I was working with, listened to what I had in mind and made great recommendations. Mario was so helpful and I love how the fireplace area turned out!

This review for service is a way overdue. Needed paint for a large project at the end of 2021 when all the supply chain issues were occuring during the pandemic. The stores weren't getting their usual supply but the staff here always went above and beyond by checking inventory of nearby locations; even calling to verify the computer system's accuracy. Especially big shout out to Flynn, one of the store associates who was friendly and professional.

Fix your Yelp hours. 30 minute drive to find your store closed when your Yelp page shows 7pm. Unacceptable! Your Yelp pages are setup and maintained by the business. You're wasting customers time and fuel

I went into the Anaheim Hills, CA store and was treated like a valued customer - Miss M. Sanders was present on the day I ordered several sample quarts and the morning of pick-up - she was VERY helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Her assistance has been invaluable and I hope to interact with her again soon :-)!! In addition, credit to quality customer service should be extended to all Team Members at that store, they work well together and they keep the customer engaged and informed about products they are purchasing. The store is kept very organized and clean, which in my books, is a BIG plus!!

Last time here I bought hundreds of dollars of quality paint for a kitchen project. The staff was very helpful. Yesterday only needed a quart of bright blue for a Xmas present , again the girls were so nice and helpful It came out great. Thanks a lot Kent G

Every SW store I go to is so slow and understaffed... Anyone who thinks SW is a good paint store never been to dunn Edwards. There are 4 people waiting and it's not even busy.... Ive been waiting 20 mins and barely 1 customer. I might have to wait a hour before it's even my turn. One worker for the whole store in the morning when it's the busiest... just totally waste of time for contractors... horrible store. Contractors should try to avoid SW at all costs...

It's rare to find customer service so outstanding these days as to warrant a review online. Sharon specifically, who I believe to be the manager, provides a degree of care and assistance so familiar it's like an old friend. I'm happy to drive out of my way each time I need to source paint for one of my properties. Thank you sherwin and thank you sharon, you make my life easier.
