I travel frequently and I think this is the only time I’ve felt genuinely excited to give a 5 star review. It was earned. Lobby and rooms are beautifully renovated and don’t feel cheap. The bed was SO comfortable. Room was spacious. You can walk across the street to the Toy Story parking lot, do the security check and shuttle into the park and bypass security lines there. I might recommend this for busier days (weekends especially).OR, the walk to Disneyland main entrance is a straight shot down the street, just a couple intersections down. Easy. The only negative was the strike happening from 6am-6pm every day. Very loud. But this is a temporary disturbance and the staff were kind and helpful with any questions. I hope they get what they need from their efforts.

Beautiful hotel located super close to Disneyland (within walking distance.) My only complaint is that there are protestors in the morning striking for fair wages. Pay your employees reasonable wages, Sheraton! The people striking have voices that your customers are hearing! It makes YOU look bad that you don’t pay your employees livable wages, Sheraton. The customer service has been excellent here.

It’s 6:30 am I woke up in my uncleaned Sheraton room. The hotel is short staffed because their workers are on strike. The hotel no longer provides daily cleaning service. Linens are only provided upon request. The bathroom shower is leaking, creating a risk of a fall injury.Meanwhile the workers are protesting outside at 6:30 in the morning.Sheraton Anaheim should really agree with the workers’ demands as soon as possible. My stay at this Sheraton location has been very poor and unpleasant because of the hotel unwillingness to satisfy the need of their own staff.I also think it’s a bit disingenuous for the hotel to say that “the circumstances are beyond their control,” according to Sheraton Anaheim’s letter to their guests. In reality, the hotel has full control to agree with the workers demands. This hotel really put a disservice to their guests if they prolong the contract negotiation. Does Sheraton Anaheim really care about their paying customer?

Booked 3 nights as part of a Costco package. The hotel is fairly close to the parks (15 min walk), staff is friendly and the room, comfortable. I had a small issue with the shower head, but nothing major, and or worth of a lower review. Some employees are on strike and woke me up at 6:45am with their horns and drums. It didn’t bother me that much as wife and kiddo didn’t wake up. Would stay there again, if I can get it cheaper than the hotels across the street from Disneyland.

Very nice job of renovating an older property. The rooms feel contemporary and are comfortable. More importantly, the bathrooms have all been nicely refinished. Housekeeping was fantastic during my stay with the room looking brand new when I returned every evening. Location is central to Disneyland and the convention center. The only thing that could use improvement is the climate control in the room. It was either too cold or too warm regardless of thermostat setting. Staff was friendly and welcoming.

With a quick 10 minute walk to Disneyland, incredible views of the park, breakfast lunch and dinner amenities, and a variety of rooms to choose from, the Sheraton is the perfect blend of family friendly meets Disney couple hotel. The check in process was very easy and you have the option of doing mobile check in/key. You can valet you vehicle or self park in a relatively safe parking lot. It’s a few steps away from CVS if you need to pick up some water, snack or medication. The rooms were very nice and clean. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel.Walkability: 10 minute walk to Disneyland and 2 minute walk to CVS

Excellent stay Near Disneyland! Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. The room, gym and pool areas are clean, and the friendly staff made us feel right at home. Plus, the prime location near Disneyland added an extra layer of convenience to our trip.We had the pleasure of being assisted by Krystal during our stay, and her warm welcome made a great impression. She went beyond by seamlessly combining two bookings into one, making our stay much more convenient (instead of having the needs to move rooms). Krystal's exceptional service truly enhanced our experience at the hotel.Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!Walkability: Close to Disneyland!

The hotel was okay, the service was okay, the best part of this hotel and the service was in the coffee/gift shop that they have. I would give them 5 stars. Everywhere else was okay. The restaurant at the hotel was doing pizza night all week (set menu) we did it one night it was really good, the second night we went in with our two young children and I asked if we could order off the menu and was told no but we could walk the 2 minutes to the lounge and order off the menu that is prepared by the same kitchen. Anyways we went to the lounge, I asked if we could get a high chair and they said no that is really only for the restaurant. The other waiter working there I think felt bad when I was trying to hold by active 10 month old and eat and he went and grabbed one for me from the restaurant. Why it was such an issue the first time I am not sure, especially being a Disneyland hotel, I am sure we are not the first ones staying there with a young child. They also have no room service. We asked the front desk the best way to get to Universal Studio and her response was "we don't offer shuttles or have any information about that"The room was okay, a bit small if you get a room with the two queen beds and have two kids. There new bed frames are not great if you have a baby who is just learning how to walk or crawl because they will hit their heads. When I called the front desk to ask if we could switch rooms to one a bit larger I was told she was sold out. Its not their fault that my little one was hitting her head so I just asked for extra pillows which I received, when I checked online that night and there was a room available with one queen bed and a fold out couch so that there was space in front of the couch that I could book online. The customer service in the Hotel was the same everywhere, they answered your questions, no one was rude, but no one was actually helpful or provided any sort of good service.I would not stay there again and I wouldn't recommend it either. Other than the gift shop/coffee shop the service was not that great. Location was okay but there are closer hotels.

I stayed here on a Disneyland family trip and paid for the Disney view with Sheraton club privileges. The view of Disneyland isn’t good you see the back or a few rides and really can’t see the park at all. The room was clean and the hotel was nice. Nice pool area with nice landscaping everywhere. When trying to catch an elevator the man with the linen cart didn’t let us go first. Not the end of the world but they way he used his cart to block us from getting in the elevator before us was rude and maybe a little aggressive. Then decided to check us out at 9:30am and then housekeeping came in with her card. It wasn’t her fault because for se reason we were automatically checked out way before checkout time. She also knocked before entering so I don’t blame her. That man with the cart should not be receiving a pay check and has no business in the hospitality industry. Very close to Disneyland and walking across the street to Toy Story parking can save some time on very busy days.

Overall this is a good hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the walk to Disneyland was very convenient. Unfortunately we were woken up by protesters both nights of our stay. The first day we didn’t let it to get to us but the second day after being at Disneyland until midnight and getting woken up at 5 AM on vacation, we were so frustrated. If you have kids I would recommend a different hotel while the protests are going on. And if you are an early riser and don’t mind pan banging and blow horns at 5 AM this is the hotel for you. If it weren’t for the protests, we would have had a fantastic stay.

This hotel was so NICE. I walked in from the self parking lot thinking maybe I was in the wrong place. Apparently they had a total remodel and it is a really sleek clean and welcoming hotel. Everyone working there was very helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room is large modern open concept with plenty of storage. Housekeeping came while we were at Disneyland and gave us more towels. They even have their own convenience store located inside the hotel. For all last minute stuff, swimsuits, souvenirs, ice cream, sodas, candy, Starbucks coffee, everything. The walk to Disney was 10min, you can even grab food in Downtown Disney and head back to your hotel. The pool and elevators are accessible using your room key. The whole place felt VERY safe and clean. We drove here from Vegas and I would easily stay here again. Our car and walking around morning and night was totally safe.

Istayed at the hotel with two of my friends to celebrate my birthday at Disney. We arrived very early and Adrien was extremely kind and professional. I'd like to thank him for his service and the arrangements made to ensure that we had an incredible stay. The room was spacious and clean, the hotel in general is very modern and has everything you need except in-room dining service. The location is also ideal for a stay at Disney.

Very personable. Enjoyed the accommodations, club lounge, and Savor breakfast. Arturo was very attentive to us even though he seemed to be covering the room. Short walk to Disneyland and my family enjoyed a nice meal in the bar area. A little slow serving 6 people. Grandson was the last to be served a flat bread after 15 minutes. Ian was very attentive to guests in the Sheraton Club.Rooms: Nice room and well taken cared of.Walkability: Convenient!

The website boasts about complimentary parking from March 31st to December 31st. The clerk originally denied any knowledge of free parking. Then, rather than helping us take care of it, he told us it was a promo code and there was nothing he could do. Would have stayed at a more competitively priced hotel if I knew I'd be paying $100+ for parking during my stay.Rooms are nice and fairly clean. The location is decent. About what you would expect from a Sheraton.
