So, here at this specific shell station they seem to always be unprofessional and no one understands anything that goes on. This place really need some important training and really needs someone who understands how to work at a gas station.
My next issue is they're "ebt food stamps" the people once again are unprofessional and won't sell me certain items that food stamps normally pays for. I'm not sure what's going on as some employees have sold me the same items the other deny selling me. 50% of the time I walk out with my selected items, the other 50% of the time they say it isn't covered. Which to my knowledge and understanding ebt food covers anything that isn't cooked. I really hope I'm not the only one experiencing this here hopefully I can figure out how to get them up to date on food stamps.
You would think shell companies would be a place that sets and exceeds standards. This place doesn't and it's quite sad.

Great place for your propane needs, they have more than one person that works there so they don't need to close the store to fill up your propane. The owner is really nice and cares about his customers.

Definitely don't go for the carwash... I had to go back in and make sure it was in service. It's basically empty inside. Sprays soap and water but there isn't anything to actually wash your car so I still have a completely dirty car. I guess if you just need a light rinse it might work. The lady that worked there was really nice tho.

I went this morning . I'm a woman in uniform to use the restroom and the young pragnent lady said rude keep the restroom clean. Last time I had a bad experience with subway side. This is the one on orangethorpe and Kramer. Shame I'm not going back!!

The price listed on Google search was $6.3 for premium and in reality, it is $6.89 for premium. The price signs were blacked out, seemed like they didn't want to have a business

They stole my money, my debit card was charged but they said it was declined on their end. I showed them my statement and still didnt give me my product. Thieves!!!

Denied me the use of the air compressor to fill my tires. As far as I know they are legally obligated to provide air and water to the public..... Claiming that I cannot use it if I don't pump their gas....

I've been coming here off and on for years and the station has gone down some. The prices are close to the other stations near by. The food store is small and not always in good shape. As for the pumps sometimes they are clean and other times they are not. So if your in need of gas this station is okay

If I could give negative stars, I would. We came for propane refill and had to request the lady's assistance 3 times. When we finally went in the last time asking when she would assist, she yelled at us and told us we can go somewhere else because she was busy. Waited for about 25 minutes. Horrible customer service and I don't recommend this gas station to anyone.

Pump 7 handle has never worked properly for over a year now. Never fixed it. What a waste of time.

Customer service here is TERRIBLE. I asked to put air in my tire and a little lady named Mariana told me I needed to put money inside very rudely. I never had this problem here and have been coming here for the past 5 years.
